Our ground-level unit offers a spacious layout with beautiful tile and hardwood floors, a living room equipped with a sleeper sofa, and a 55-inch flat screen LED TV. The entertainment center provides access to High Definition Xfinity Cable TV with over 200 channels, as well as lightning-fast 800 mbps broadband internet. The spacious bedroom features a King-size bed with a brand new Premium Hybrid mattress, a spacious six-drawer dresser, and a flat panel TV equipped with cable. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities for preparing your own meals. Upon walking out of the front door, you will find yourself just a few steps away from the heated pool. This particular pool is one of two swimming pools located within the premises of Ocean Walk Condos. Additionally, the complex offers tennis and basketball courts, a playground for children, a charming duck pond, and a beautiful clubhouse complete with a fitness gym, laundry facilities, and Wi-Fi access. After a long day of exploring, biking, or strolling along the beach, you can unwind in peace and seclusion on our screened-in patio. Saint Simons offers a one-of-a-kind, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, providing numerous activities for your island getaway. Located at Ocean Walk, you will be just over a mile away from the public beach access, and a mere half-mile from the charming village and pier, where an array of shops and restaurants await your enjoyment. Following dinner, take a leisurely stroll along the waterfront pathway and take in the sights of one of the island's renowned landmarks - the iconic Saint Simons Lighthouse. We personally handle the management of our condo, ensuring that there are no additional fees apart from reasonable cleaning and pet fees. We make it a point to inspect our unit both before and after each visit, guaranteeing that our guests receive everything they were promised and that the unit is spotless upon arrival. You will soon realize that Saint Simons Island is an incredibly dog-friendly destination. The condo is small but it worked great for my wife and I and her friend. We also had a medium and small sized dog. The unit was clean and nicely decorated and the bed and pull out couch were comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The drip and Keurig coffee makers was a nice surprise. It was only steps to the pool. Laundry facility was 1/2 block away in the clubhouse. Ocean Walk is a great place to stay and only a 5 minute drive to any beach. We will definitely be staying there again!

Condo is very nice. Great location. We just felt like it wasn't really pet friendly. When we arrived we read in their information book that pets weren't allowed on the furniture and couldn't be left alone unless they were created or gated. Our 2 small dogs are lap dogs and have never been crates. Also states no cats. Felt like this should have been disclosed in description. We probably wouldn't pick this one next time we come due to the stipulations.

We had a great, though short, time at SSI. This condo was perfect for me, my husband and our 6 month old fur baby. Ken was very kind and excellent with communication. The welcome basket was just the sweetest. We will definitely book here again the next time we visit.

Condo very clean and well maintained. Tastefully updated. Great location is one of the reasons we chose it. Didn't use the pool but the pool water and pool decks looked pristine. We had a great stay and will consider again and would recommend to others. We appreciated the snack basket and bottled water that we found at check in. Impressed that owners had acted on suggestions that were made in their condo guestbook!

Fantastic location ,walkable to the water front , restaurants , dog park, tennis and pickle ball . Super clean condo, open lay out, quality cotton linens, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and cute and modern beach themed decor made this stay very pleasant . The beautiful resort style pool gets a little noisy and crowded with kids at times but the condo is tucked in back and very quiet.

The first moment in the unit we could immediately tell how clean it was, I mean PRISTINE. This is a 3 minute drive to the beach, and so close to the cute shops and restaurants! We felt comfortable, the amenities were nice and the pool was fantastic! There's even a volleyball net in the pool which we loved! The area is quiet, safe and people were very nice. Great area for biking and walking. 100% will stay again and the hosts were fantastic, they even left us a personalized note and some goodies!

Everything was perfect! The only thing is that I thought the unit was poolside as opposed to the back of the building. Perhaps I misread the description. It didn't matter one way or the other, I just thought it was poolside. The only other suggestion would be to leave a light on inside the unit when you are expecting guests. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Unit was very clean and welcoming!

Our small Ocean Gate condo was decorated with coastal decor and just perfect for a couple and our Labrador Retriever, Molly. Saint Simons Island welcomes dogs and they are everywhere including the beach in March. The comfy bedding and plush towels were so appreciated. The pool is kept at 85 degrees said the residents, just how we like it. So beautiful in the Golden Isles.❤️

First time visiting the island. Walking distance to pickleball, tennis, dog park and downtown. We did not use the pool but it was beautiful (and heated). Condo clean, owners were very responsive to our questions. Beautiful island, we hope to visit again.

Just right for the two of us. Comfortable, well equipped, and thoughtful touches including a welcome basket and a much appreciated nightlight for the bathroom. Great location near the Village pier and adjacent park. Watching the ships traversing the Brunswick channel, experiencing some gorgeous sunsets, and eating fresh seafood were highlights for us.
