Nestled in Mallory Park, this charming condo for $59 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This cozy 1 bedroom condominium has many upgrades. You will enjoy the south-island location close to many shops and restaurants. You can easily walk to Neptune Park, the pier, shops, and excellent restaurants. There is usually a place playing live music on weekends! The master has a King size bed and the living room has a brand new sleeper sofa. The unit comes with new furnishings and reliable wifi. Access to tennis courts, 2 pools (1 heated), laundry facilities (coin operated), ping pong, fitness center, playground, private socked lake, and includes USAGE OF 2 BIKES (Beach Cruisers.) for an additional fee. Optional Fees: *1pm EST check in: $20 *12pm EST check out: $20 *Usage of 2 Bike during your entire trip: $20 *Change your reservation dates: $20 (This is at the discretion of the owners and is not guaranteed). The Space 1) Second floor (no noise above you and better view of Mallery St.) 2) Includes bike usage for an additional fee. 3) Access to two pools on the property (one heated.) 4) Tennis courts. 5) Walking distance to entertainment. 6) Fitness Center. 7) Pet Free Environment (No anaimal hair anywhere) PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE). NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day. Love the property. Our complaints were the bed was not comfy and way to tall. Furniture could be more comfy and bring your own pillows these were flat. Everything else was great.

Our stay was awesome. Very clean and it was the perfect location. We had a problem with the shower and the owner replied within mins and got the situation handled in great time. We will be staying here again!

This unit provided us with everything we needed, plus free bikes that were in great condition! We enjoyed the balcony, beautiful walkabouts, and the delicious food at local restaurants. We will be back!

Could not get tv's to co-operate. May have been batteries, us. Tried 2 nights to watch Braves game. Found it, just could not get there. Wife had similar experience with bedroom TV. Maybe we are just too senior to stream. Otherwise, just perfect. Thanks for your help with extra night and room access.

This condo was perfect for our week in St. Simons. Property manager went above and beyond to provide helpful information and make sure we were happy and comfortable there! The unit was very clean and cozy! We will definitely rent from them again!

The complex is large with two pools. There is a community area with washers and dryers, which could be a good distance from your building/unit. The unit we rented was in good shape and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and king size. The kitchen is small, but has ample size appliances for food storage and cooking. The downtown is about a mile from the complex. We drove to the beaches. However the complex feels situated close to everything, that makes drives short. Dave provided us all information in a timely manner and responded very quickly.

Loved our stay at this very very clean condo. It was a nice setting, a 2 minute drive/11 minute walk down from the pier and all the restaurants and shops. A perfect location, really. Away from the chaos but not too far. It was nicely updated. I really loved the outdoor seating area on the patio overlooking a really pretty scene. The bed was quite hard. The shower head was very short so my husband who is 5'11" had to bend down very far to wash his hair. Overall these things did not put a damper in our experience, though, and I was very glad we booked this listing!! Excellent, thorough communication from the owner.

Our stay at Beach Walk was perfect. Close to everything, and the unit is in a lovely complex with friendly people. Really enjoyed the bikes and the balcony was the best place to rewind and savor the close of the day.

Everything was great the neighborhood was good and quiet the staff excellent foreseen a issue and took care of it before we noticed it. The property itself was very good and well kept. If in the area again I will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to anything on the island! The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and plenty of necessary supplies. Fabulous amenities in the complex. The bicycles were in great condition. They made getting around the village or riding to the beach easy. Most importantly, the owner/management was so easy to work with! We never had to wait on a response for any inquiry. There is no doubt, we hope to stay in this condo on our next visit to SSI.
