About this condo rental

Nestled in Durango, this lovely condo for $225 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This one-bedroom luxury apartment was just built about 13 years ago and is above a garage which is adjacent to a 1911 historic building on Main Street in the central downtown of Durango, Colorado. The apartment was completely remodeled in the Summer of 2017. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has a 32 inch Sony flat screen with all channels of satellite on DirecTV streaming with apple tv. The linens are exquisite, as are all the other amenities. Although, there are stairs up to the apartment, it is a romantic and secluded space which travelers will return to year after year. I am sorry but we don't rent with small children, and rarely (if approved first) to adult children, because of their impact on the space and the significant deep cleaning which results from their impact. Durango is one of the greatest towns in America, and it has numerous recreational activity and wonderful people. The restaurants and downtown activity are just outside your door. The apartment is adjacent to Olde Tymers Cafe and two buildings south of Carvers for food and dining, etc. There is a parking space off of Main Street for your exclusive use only one-half block from your VRBO and directly across from Carvers in a well lit parking lot. Everyone that has stayed here, has stated they would return. It is a jewel and is one of the nicest places downtown, especially considering all the amenities. Its nice place to stay. Some more grill container required. Right on downtown Durango. Perfect for small family. Parking is not in the premises, during winter/ heavy snow it might be troublesome.

Very cute, neat & cozy apartment in a great location! We really enjoyed our stay, but found the bar across the street to be noisy and blasting music throughout the night. This may not be a regular occurrence, but we had early morning activities planned! Regardless, lovely place!

Fantastic stay! Great manager, very responsive (no issues just had some general questions). Top of the line bed, toiletries, kitchen, you name it. The owner takes pride in the property and it shows.

PERFECT...THIS PLACE IS CLEAN; great location, walk to everything, convenient parking; this place has everything you could need; as my wife and I are both architects, we appreciate a good floor plan and attention to the small details; we liked the door jamb detail, definitely well-constructed and clever; convenient hooks on back of doors, hooks for towels in bathroom, great instructions on using the place such as door keypad codes, printed instructions on walls for light switches, trash, etc.; and very funny coasters, don't forget to read them, the owners have a sense of humor which made us laugh; loved hearing and seeing the steam train nearby from the kitchen window in the morning; and they recycle, that's a good thing too.

Well appointed apartment in the heart of downtown Durango with easy access to parking, shopping and public transportation. This suite included everything we needed with luxurious appointments and extra special touches provided by host. All directions provided by the host were clearly conveyed.

Loved everything about it, with one exception. Music from the local bars played well-past 0100 o’clock, interrupting our sleep. This was worst on Friday & Saturday. This is not a reflection on the accommodations, as they were nicely appointed and well-maintained. They were located on Main St at 10th, central to pretty much everything!

This property is right downtown on Main Street, and within walking distance to everything - shops, restaurants and the train to Silverton. I would highly recommend this as your "home away from home" in Durango.

This is our 4th time coming to Durango for work and hands down the best placed we have stayed. Very clean and loved the eclectic furnishings! Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy the restaurants and shops, very walkable.

This little gem is perfectly located, well stocked, super clean and comfortable! Located in the heart of downtown…restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery store are all in short walking distance. Enjoyed the ability to eat out and to prepare meals in the cozy kitchen! Appreciated nice touches, like robes (great to have for the hot springs), as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the spacious bathroom. Communication with owners was easy, they were responsive and accommodating! Really enjoyed my stay and would rebook next time I come back to visit family.

A lovely little place. Super clean, comfortable bed, and great location. The owner takest great care in keeping this place neat and tidy. Everything is well appointed tasteful. Simple style, nothing tacky about it. The only thing I would mention that my husband and I didn't love was there is a slight smell of scented laundry. If you are not sensitive to that, then this is absolutely perfect!

Great apartment in the middle of everything. So easy to just walk down to Main Street and start your adventure. The apartment had everything we needed for a weeklong stay and the kitchen is fully equipped for any type of cooking. We would happily stay here again.

The location was great. We are ere able to walk to the train depot to catch the train to Silverton. In the evening we had plenty of choices for dinner. The bathroom has plenty of counter space though I would have preferred brighter light. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Would recomm end this place for 2 people who want to spend time in Historic Durango.

This apartment is super clean, has everything that you need for your stay and is right in the heart of downtown. A lot of attention to detail!! We stayed fives nights and were enjoyed being able to shop and eat without having to drive anywhere if you didn’t want to! Durango is a great place to visit and the scenery I this time of year was amazing!!

A perfect location, just steps away from 10th and Main, the heart of historic Durango. We walked to everything, including shopping, groceries, restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed or wanted. In excellent repair and delightfully decorated. It isn't big enough to really entertain guests, but our host has a larger apartment if that is what you need. We definitely plan on returning.

You can’t bet this downtown location near restaurants, music, shops, grocery stores. The upstairs garage apartment is fully equipped wit all the supplies you need and spotless. Great host. Our only drawback was the soft foam mattress.
