The repairs and updating included all new exterior walls, new exterior colors, new roof, new poolside loungers and chairs, new sliding glass balcony doors, and new balcony rails. My unit also recieved all new paint colors inside and new tile on the balcony, removal of mirror wall, and new painting accessories. CLEANING PROCEDURES: 1) Floors are mopped between every guest. 2) Hard surfaces such as light switches, countertops, door knobs, table tops, ect are cleaned with disinfectants. 3) Linens including sheets and bedspreads are washed in between each guest in hot water. 4) Shower curtain and curtain liner: Shower curtain is washed and rotated between each guest. Curtain liner is replaced between each guest. 5) Fabric surfaces are disinfected with 24 hour Micrban between each guest. Location-Location-Location. HURRICANE POLICY: HURRICANE WARNING: If a hurricane warning is issued for the Gulf Shores, AL area for the scheduled arrival date, then the reservation will be CANCELLED. No one is allowed to stay in the condo during a hurricane warning. The full reservation deposit and advance rental payments will be refunded to the renter. If a hurricane warning is issued for the Gulf Shores, AL area during the stay, then the renter must evacuate. The full deposit will be refunded and the advanced rental payments will be prorated based on the number of nights stayed. HURRICANE WATCH: If a hurricane watch is issued for the Gulf Shores, AL area within three (3) days of the arrival date, then the renter has the option of cancelling the reservation without penalty. If the renter cancels the reservation prior to arrival due to hurricane watch being issued, then to reservation deposit and advanced rental payments will be refunded to the renter. If a hurricane watch is issued for the Gulf Shores, AL area during your stay, then you have the option of checking out or staying. If you check-out due to a hurricane watch, then the reservation deposit will be refunded and the advanced rental payments will be prorated based on the number of nights stayed.
