Very good. Unit was clean.Loved the 2nd bathroom remodel. 2nd bedroom dresser drawer needs to be repaired. Falls out when you open it.Why isn’t the pool heated?? It wasn’t during our stay.

The condo has all the amenities you would need. Updated appliances. Ice maker is slow to make ice. Condo needs a broom for the floor. Beach rental chairs need to not take the entire beach front so the patrons can have access as well. There were 31 people in our group with 8 condos and we could not get a set in the front row.

This is not our first stay in 13A. Very nice and clean. Loved the newer larger washer and dryer which was a nice change from the older/smaller set. Loved the new bathroom showers. Also had new microwave and oven. We have been coming to the Sandpiper since the 80's and will definitely continue to stay there.

It’s a great condo right on the beach. They have a great pool, and security there is nice. My only problem is that after 10pm, you’re apparently not allowed to be outside. The security guard they have, granted was an older man, but continuously asked if we were going inside. Even though we were quietly sitting on the deck, talking after the kids went to bed. Even though there were all kind of younger kids running around, causing chaos and raving all over the property. We weren’t even allowed to be outside. We were told “10pm is quiet time, and we expect that rule to be followed.” None of us were even being loud? We just sat, drinking a few beers and talked about plans for the zoo the following days. I won’t return to Sandpiper.

Everything was great. The bathroom updates were wonderful.Only drawback is the bedding. This is the 3rd year we have recommended having new bedding in this unit. Look forward to staying there again in 2023.

Very good stay. The improvements such as plumbing...new bathroom...appliances made to upgrade the condo were very good. However, the bedroom furniture needs a major overhaul. Broken drawers and outdated beds/mattresses make it hard to be comfortable. The condo was spotless when we arrived.

Bender Really was very helpful with reserving the condo plus all of the questions I had. The condo was very neat and clean. Will recommend this place to other families I know. One item that should be checked is the bathtub drain in the 1st bathroom runs slow, seems to be clogged.

As a repeat visitor I was always satisfied with the Sandpiper until this time. The condo was well decorated and tastefully refurbished, but the floors had obviously not been vacuumed, swept, nor mopped. The counter top had spilled, dried coffee beneath the coffee pot. The air-conditioner was broken but was immediately repaired. The largest drawback is that this property is not smoke free. Smokers on the verandas completely destroyed the ambiance. The no-pet, parking and curfew rules were not enforced. I shall not return which is disappointing to us because of the unique, beach accessible design, and good experiences in the past. (Has smoking always been allowed?)

My family and myself rented two condos at this location and this condo really needs a little TLC compared to the other one. It had a really bad smell that lingered in the condo the entire week. The lighting needs to be updated along with the amenities in the condo. We still enjoyed our stay at the sandpiper and will definitely be back next year!!

We had a group of 30 that came to see my youngest daughter get married on the beach.All the rooms were a little different but all were large enough for us to do what we needed. They were basically clean, could have used a little elbow grease around floorboards and on the walls but I'm a clean freak so that just may be me. We had an amazing time the entire week. All our neighbors were kind and joined in on the celebration.

Overall sandpiper is great, but be careful what unit you pick. The unit I stayed in was very dated, furniture was worn, bathtubs didn't drain. I've stayed in other units for same price and have been pleased, will be a hard sell for other family members to revisit.

Beautiful remodeled condo (only thing not updated was carpet in bedrooms) great location- close to everything, but far enough down the strip to have a less crowded beach. Condo is located close to stairs that lead to the beach. Well stocked - had everything we needed. Only things that would make it better- would be keyless entry (keycode)- the lock was difficult to open & a large mat by the door when you first walk in to help keep sand from being tracked through condo. Pool was smaller than we thought, but plenty big enough for kids to have a blast. Bahama Bob's is right down the street & has the BEST food!!! We will definitely stay in this condo again.

The only problem we incurred was the queen size bed. The mattress was not in good shape. You could actually feel the springs. Other than that we love the place. We will definitely be back again next year.

Our TV did not have any local channels. Could not get the All Star Game. The funiture in the living room was not comfortable at all. Our kids were staying in two of the other rooms and their rooms were much nicer. Pillows were flat as pancakes. would not recommend this place.

Another amazing week at the Sandpiper. Our only concern was TV issues with room that bender realty tried to fix. And a few items were taken during the night, flip flops for us and others things from friends we were with. Never havr had that bbq in 30+ years. Overall fantastic week and we will return.

Great unit, super easy access to beach and pool. Can sit on the deck and watch your kids play in the pool, and be close enough to yell to them.Great for families. Only downside of the stay is that a large youth group was staying across the way and played loud music outside their unit and was very loud late into the night. Also times when other people were playing loud music at the pool during the day when we preferred to relax low key. That probably happens everywhere, though.
