About this house rental
Located in Page, this attractive house for $450 per night is a great option for your next break. This is the perfect home to serve as base for all of your Northern Arizona activities. Join the Rim View Trail right from your backyard which is perfect for easy hiking, biking, walking and running. Walk to downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shops exclusive to Page. Visit the local museums and visitor center to learn more about this unique town’s history. Wahweap and Antelope Point Marinas are a 15-minute drive to paddleboard, kayak, boat or play in Lake Powell. Minutes from Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. 2-1/2 hour drive to Grand Canyon (North & South Rims), Zion and Bryce National Parks or Monument Valley. After a day spent sightseeing, adventuring or playing on the lake, our home is perfect to come home to and relax, enjoy making dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling on the patio BBQ. Kick back on the comfortable sofas and chairs to stream your favorite shows or movies on the flat screen TV or sit out on the patio and stargaze on the large second story deck. The common area is a great room with kitchen, dining and living areas combined for easy social gatherings. The bright open-concept kitchen has it all! Drawers are stocked with utensils and useful kitchen gadgets making meal preparation a breeze. You will have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal. The dining area, which seats six, sits in an alcove of windows overlooking the backyard and the 12th tee on Lake Powell National Golf Course, while the living room features comfortable seating and flat-screen TV, creating a cozy and inviting space for relaxation and entertainment. If you need a little space, there is a gathering area with a view that makes the perfect spot for reading or conversation. When you are ready for bed, there are five bedrooms. The king master is ensuite and has double vanities and a tub/shower combo. There is a small bedroom off of the master which is perfect for families with younger children. There are two additional king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. Amenities include drip coffee maker with coffee and filters; spices; washer and dryer with laundry detergent; bathrooms with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash; all linens and paper products; free WiFi; central air conditioning and direct heating, plenty of free parking for vehicles, boats and trailers, charcoal BBQ grill with charcoal and lighter fluid. Nearby Attractions: Walmart Super Center.... 5min Glen Canyon Recreation Area.... 10 min Wahweap Marina or Antelope Point Marina…. 15 minutes Upper Antelope Canyon Tour staging areas…. 5 minutes Lower Antelope Canyon Tours.... 10 min Horseshoe Bend.... 10 min Safeway Grocery & Pharmacy.... 5 min House Rules: - Absolutely no smoking or vaping (including medical products) - $250 fee for any smoke damage or lingering scent. - Undeclared pets on the property will result in a $250 fee. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Any visitors must be approved prior to arrival. - Guests agree to the cancellation policy. If you feel last minute changes might occur due to any circumstance, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance. - Quiet hours are 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. - Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property, including using the WIFI for those purposes. Pet Policy: - Up to two pets are allowed with the payment of a $100 pet fee. - A $50 fee will be assessed if all pet waste is not picked up at check out. - Pets may not be left unattended at any time unless crated.

Very beautiful backyard and porch. The view from the backyard is gorgeous. The house is big and well equipped. The beds and sheets need to be updated. They look old and dirty. we found few dead bugs on the floor. The house smell bad too.

The kitchen is well stocked with lots of utensils, cookware, etc. The washing machine, though small, works well. The dryer requires two cycles to dry the clothes, but it works. The sleeping arrangements are as listed, but some of the mattresses really need to be replaced, as does the couch. It wasn’t comfortable at all. The other furniture is fine though. We enjoyed the large patio, as well as the access to walk out toward the golf course. The floors really needed to be mopped. Overall we would stay again and enjoyed ourselves. Thanks for having us!!
