Comfortable Retreat

Simple and comfortable place very close to downtown. Nice decor and very Clean, it is supplied with all basics in all the rooms. Clean nice and quiet appliances, we enjoyed cooking. If you need time to relax and regroup, this is the place, the bed is comfortable and the living room cozy, we even had time to watch a few movies. I look forward to another visit.

This property was really clean, quiet and well appointed. My husband was recovering from open heart surgery so I ended up on the pull out couch, which I found very comfortable! I loved that the location was close to downtown and found the walk really quick and easy; my husband was looking for more of a remote location. We initially had some trouble with the TV but Lisa got right back to us and helped us figure it out quickly. If you want somewhere clean and quiet, and less than a mile to some delicious restaurants downtown, this is for you.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

Just what we needed while in town visiting friends. Lisa's place was comfortable and homey, and had everything we could need. We appreciated the Brita pitcher with cold water in the fridge and the large comfortable sectional to relax on at the end of the days. The place was neat and clean on our arrival, and Lisa's check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location. Clean and beautiful apartments with everything you need. Less than a mile from downtown Prescott and less than 8 minutes from Walmart and other stores and restaurants. Really recommend and we definitely will come back.

Was billed as “close walk to downtown”. Even though it was fairly close, the walk home would be all uphill and actually too far for me, even though I love walking. Parking was awesome. Amenities were great/nothing was missing. We couldn’t figure out how to use the keurig option on the coffee maker so maybe instructions. Owner responded quickly to questions. Everything was spotless.

Great place. Modern and convenient to downtown. Will definitely book again. Nice patio area outside. Community grill, picnic table. Easy to follow instructions for operating heatinf/cooling, tv, etc. You won't need anything.

My husband & I spent a relaxing, quiet two weeks here. When we arrived, everything was exactly as pictured. Lovely remodel with attention to detail. Wonderfully comfortable bed, loved the dressing area complete with chandelier. Easy drive to downtown. Easily a 5 star.once the parking area is paved. We'll be back! Would love to see another reading lamp in living room & a chair in the bedroom. Thanks for the great time! Could hardly believe anyone else was there, as it was so quiet.

We stayed in this condo for three weeks in May while waiting for the completion of our new home in Prescott. The condo worked perfectly for us - it is newly remodeled and clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable furnishings, and well stocked with kitchen items, etc. The condo is within walking distance of the courthouse area (~ 3/4 mile away), and it shares a pleasant courtyard area and a laundry room with seven other units. The owners live in town and are responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again - except now we have our own new home in Prescott!

This was a tasteful, well equipped condo. We were very happy with the easy check-in process and the whole layout of the unit. Unlike many vacation rentals, this kitchen was very useable and well equipped. It even had a spice rack fully stocked! The large flat screen tv was well placed and the internet worked well. The location was convenient, especially if you want to be near the downtown. We would stay here again.

This apartment is just as nice in person as it is in the pictures- extremely lovely with very nice finishings and just a quick 1-2 minute drive from the town square. The furnishings are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is the most well-appointed kitchen that we have experienced in a vacation rental. The owner is extremely attentive and responded to inquiries quickly, both by email and phone. There is also a nice information booklet put together by the owner, answering most questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
