Days Inn by Wyndham Prescott

Quiet room. Bed and pillows so awesome. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. Very clean.

The room was clean, big, the shower was wonderful. Husband loved the breakfast choices, bed was just right. The staff was helpful finding places to eat. Close to downtown events.

The pool looked bigger than it was.

Check-in was wonderful. The lovely lady that checked us in was very pleasant. We stayed in this hotel last November and absolutely loved it. We love that they served breakfast and had smoked free rooms. We appreciate that it's has a designated smoking area. It's very clean, shaded, seating and far away from the rooms. The first night was a little difficult. 2 doors down at 730pm. The guests were playing music very loud. 15-20 minutes later it stopped. Later, in the evening at 130am there were loud voices outside our door and running up and down the stairwell, next to our room. They were smoking because the smoke was coming through our door. We called the front desk and got the night manager and explained to her what was going on. She proceeded to tell me that she was checking some guests in and that she would go and take care of it when she could. No apologies. We were told, just like everybody else that after 9pm it's quiet time, no exceptions. After 20 to 25 minutes later the noise stopped. The next morning we checked in at the front desk with Elizabeth (she is a keeper.) Very apologetic, and let us know that the people that were making the excessive noise are checking out today, so we should have a nice quiet night ahead of us. We appreciated that she shared that with us. Because to do another night of that was not going to be something we would approve of. We do like the area and hotel. And we love the barbecue place, Badger Inn across the street.
