This house was perfect for 3 couples. The bedrooms are apart from each other. The living room is very comfortable for 6 adults. The direct TV was great as we were able to watch our USC football game. The driveway was flat and easy to park our boat and our friends waverunner. The owners were easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay at this house again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

We thought our trip was going to be cut short but when I reached out about moving to this home, they got back to me promtly saving our vacation. I can not say enough how above and beyond this family went for us. The house was clean, the large couch in the living room was awsome for us all to watch movies together after a long day on the lake. The 2 master bedrooms was perfect for both sets of adults to have their own space. I also want to point out being able to park our boat and trailer at the house since there is RV parking was a stress relief as well. If you want to stay at a home where you will know youll have a great vacation, then this is the home to stay at.

Darren's responds time was very quick, much appreciated by our family. We have been coming to Katherine’s Landing for over 20 years staying in hotels or camping. This was the best weekend we have ever had there. The convenience and comfort exceeded our expectation. Beautiful house in the perfect location!
This house was perfect for our family river trip! The house was clean and spacious and fit our family of nine without being too crowded. The neighborhood was safe and is so close to Lake Mojave. There are so much parking available for our cars and boats. Darren made the check in process easy and was prompt with our requests. We will definitely be coming back to stay for our next river trip!

Thanksgiving getaway
We booked the home Thanksgiving 2019 as an extra accommodation for a large family gathering at another home. The location was perfect for our needs and the neighborhood was very nice. We were expecting 8 but wound up with 3, due to weather and other commitments. Communication was good, house was clean and tidy, had everything we needed, had trouble with TV in living room but neighbor resolved the problem, everything else was as advertised. Garage was huge, and backyard had a view over looking the valley. Would recommend and would stay again.

Come Again
Overall a very nice home spacious and comfortable. There was some minor issues with cleanliness but I spoke to owner who was very thankful for our honest input and agreed to look into it for future renters. I recommend this home to others.

Perfect vacation house
We have stayed at this property twice in the last 2 years for our annual trip to Laughlin, NV. We have always stayed in hotels and opted to try a house out a few years prior. Everyone enjoyed staying at the house better than hotels.
The biggest attribute to having a house is that everyone ends up spending more time together. We have perfected the art of playing board games in the evening with nearly all of our friends! Also, having a full blown kitchen helps defray the costs of eating out every evening.
Darren has been absolutely awesome with the communication process. The check in/check out/day to day stuff was all timely and accurate.
We love having access to the gigantic garage, as well. We ended up storing our extra ice chests and the such in there which helped to keep unnecessary stuff out of the house.
All of the beds and bedding are extremely comfortable. In this region, AC is an absolute must. The AC in the house works perfectly.
All in all both of our stays were perfect. We will hopefully return again next year if the dates are available.

Perfect house for our annual Laughlin/Lake Mohave visit
We have been visiting Laughlin for 28 years for our annual Summer vacation. Until this year we had always stayed at a hotel. Initially we chose the Flamingo Laughlin, then morphed into the Golden Nugget. We decided to take a chance and see if staying in a house would help our trip.
From the get go, Jarrod had great communication. Each time that I sent in a message to clarify a few things about the house, he would respond immediately. This was a great start.
We had 2 families that shared the house for 4 days. Our counterparts arrived earlier than we did and were able to get in painlessly with the keypad on the front door.
The house is gigantic. We were able to spread out through the 4 bedrooms and give everyone plenty of room. The floor plan was perfect for what we were attempting to achieve, spending a bunch of time together. The kitchen and living room became the focal points of the stay. While we were putting together meals, the kids played card games (not games on their phones!) in the living room. This is exactly what we were after.
The house is very well appointed. The kitchen is very spacious and had everything that you would need to cook meals. It took a bit to find what we were looking for, but we eventually found everything that we needed.
We really loved the garage, as well. The garage area is bigger than my whole house. We were able to pull in the trailer with our jet skis, park the boat trailer on the side of the house, and put another car in the garage. This was a great touch. I was even able to top up the air pressure on my trailer tires before returning home.
The house was very quiet throughout our stay. This was one of the biggest differences from staying at a hotel. There were no kids running up and down the hall or anyone teaching a dance class in the room above us. The other huge advantage was that we spent no time parking far away from the room, walking in, then catching elevators up to the room. Pull into the driveway, walk in the front door, voila!
I can't say enough good things about our stay. It went better than we could have expected. Hopefully we are able to return in years to come.

House was clean and detailed and stocked with pretty much everything you could possibly need. Jarrod was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Easy launch access as well, will definitely stay again!

Best bet in Bullhead!!
The house was simply amazing and allowed each of us to enjoy a private bedroom and bathroom...a must when you have teenagers. All of the rooms were very spacious and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and made it easy to get a great night of sleep along with an occasional midday nap. The living room was our favorite place as we all gathered on the huge comfy couch to watch movies from Jarrod's video library. A perfect end to a HOT day out on Lake Mead. My husband loves to cook so having a big, open kitchen was perfect.
The garage is AWESOME! We towed a watercraft up to Laughlin and we were able to park the truck with the trailer attached inside and even had quite a bit of space left over.
The only small glitch was trying to figure out switching between the TV to DVD player, but after a super quick text reply from Jarrod we were up and running.
We were super close to the casinos where a bunch of our friends were staying so in the evening we would join them for some gambling fun. They were all jealous when they saw the house and have already decided that next year they will stay with us at the house and not return to the casino hotels. In fact the biggest reason that we chose to stay in a VRBO house was due to the disgusting smoky smell of the casinos. Just to get from the lobby to the room required walking through a smoke filled casino. There is nothing like the smell of smoke in your hair and clothing. Never again!!
