Property was in great location and not too far away from parking. Room was clean and really comfortable

The room was beautiful, very stylish and comfortable.
They helped us with the parking reservation and from there it was an easy walk to the hotel

It was very central to everything. The room was just a few steps from the street so no lifting a heavy luggage to my room. I loved the opportunity to stay in a Sassi cave. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and it was very cozy. Staff were very attentive always checking in on me and asking if there was anything they can do. Anything in the room that needed to be looked at was dealt with right away.

Beautiful room made within natural sassi.
Bathroom was completely open - no wall, no door. Extremely uncomfortable.
