Nestled in Destin, this lovely condo for $299 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. We have two units side by side. Unit 1814 is vrbo property number 1945753 and unit 1815 is property number 1013753 Same floor plan and views in both and Chris is the owner so you know it’s nice and you’ll get the best service ever. This spacious and luxurious one bedroom beach front condo at Destins fabulous SunDestin Beach Resort sleeps 5 and has the most amazing full views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as a nice city view from both the living room and the master bedroom! From your private balcony, gaze at the dolphins in the crystal clear waters of the gulf, the white sand beach or because of its slight western angle, even the action of the city! It has the best of all three worlds! The western angle provides more privacy than other units and eliminates any noise from the pool or kids play area so that you can have the most peaceful private stay that only a penthouse can offer. There's plenty of space and seating in the living room with a full sized sofa bed couch that is extremely comfortable due to having an actual inner spring queen mattress with foam that sleeps like a regular queen bed. Living room is very comfortable for watching the flatscreen TV or DVD player for movies or just taking in the beautiful views of the ocean while sitting. It also a has a nice dining area with table and chairs. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with all the needed appliances, large counter top and fully equipped with everything needed to cook a family meal. It also has a window that overlooks the city and the bay! Wake up to the same gorgeous views right from your master bedroom. Its ocean front as well with its own private balcony access! It has a KING bed, and a twin roll away bed in the closet for an extra person, private bath with its own closet, full sized closet with a box fan, iron and board, private sliding doors to the balcony, flatscreen TV and alarm clock. The balcony is very large, has a table and two chairs and the AC unit is NOT on the balcony to disturb you like other units! Another bonus! SunDestin’s extra amenities: Outdoor Tiki Bar, Fitness Center with a Hot Tub, Sauna & Steam room, Outdoor courtyard with BBQ grills, indoor and outdoor pools and kids water playground. The resort offers an on-site convenience store and Restaurant at SunDestin, you will be within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Big Kahuna Waterpark and many other area attractions. The condo was vey well stocked with everything we needed. The view was the best I’ve ever seen and I have stayed in Destin several times. Our host was very accommodating. I highly recommend this place. I will be staying again.

Our daughter was getting married on the beach on the same day as her Mother and I anniversary so we were celebrating her wedding, our anniversary and the first time to Destin for both of us. Could not have asked for any better experience all the way around.

We had a excellent stay and we plan to visit again and when we do this is where we will stay. It was neat and clean. Any questions we had Chris was responsive immediately and gave some of the best recommendations for restaurants. This was our 10 yr. wedding Anniversary and he left us a bottle of wine with 2 wine glasses and a bowl of snacks which we really thought was kind and thoughtful. Had one of the hottest heat waves but when we arrived he had cold drinks in the fridge for us. The bed was very big and comfortable. Had the perfect view of the ocean, the bay and city. You can literally see the ocean from every room except the back bathroom and sink room. Had all utensils and dishes in the kitchen we needed and then some. We were not disappointed at all! Chris answered any questions we had even before we booked the room. We give it and him 5 🌟's

From day 1 setting up the condo until the day we checked out, everything was just wonderful. Great communication with owner and he was very informative! Clean condo and supplied with everything we needed. I highly recommend this unit! The view was fantastic also! Will definitely book this very same one next year!

Vacation was awesome from start to finish. The view is spectacular. Great bars and restaurants on the Harbor Walk. Great fishing! The beach and water also awesome!

This gorgeous oceanfront condo was exceptionally clean and offered magnificent views of the beautiful gulf! We saw lots of dolphins! The condo was very clean and offered everything you need for your stay. Even more beautiful than the pictures. The host communicated very well with us from start to finish. Lots of little extra nice touches as well!

First time ever to Destin. This unit provides very nice view of Gulf of Mexico. Condo was spotless and easy to navigate. Numerous great restaurants within walking distance or short Uber ride. Owner is first rate!

There are a ton of properties in Destin we looked at, but this one stood out due to the high rating and comments about the host. The condo and view were actually better than the pictures and the bed was super comfortable. 5 stars all the way.

The host was so easy to work with, and very informative. The property itself was great for families… quiet, not over crowded, and literally has everything you need. The views are stunning, you have the best view of the ocean and the city along with both the bridges coming into Destin. Also perfect view of the fireworks on Thursday night. I can’t say enough how beautiful it is, just have to see it for yourself. Will definitely stay here again. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

We have a family of 5, and this was just enough space. It was just as pictured, and the view was amazing. Even with only 1 shower for the 5 of us, we could get through them pretty quickly thanks to the “Jack & Jill” styled adjoining bathrooms. The kitchen was surprising stocked well! We used the gas grills they have on site which worked great. We also used the laundry machines- which also got the job done- fyi, it’s $2.50/load- quarters only. Chris was a great host and always responded quickly and made us feel like we could contact him anytime with anything.

Chris made this vaca for me and the wife stress free. The check-in process was a breeze. He had everything ready that we needed: the parking pass, the keys and direct line of communication if there were any questions. The place was very clean. The furniture is well kept and the towels were white and plentiful. Everything was nice and very comfortable. There were amazing views of the ocean from the balcony and amazing views of the city from the front window. We will definitely stay again when in the area. Thanks Chris!
