New deck (with Weber gas grill), and stone patio in private backyard, backed to conservation land. Beautiful residential area of larger year-round homes. Cottage is located in the Yarmouth Port historic district just one block off the historic 'Captain's Mile' featuring dozens of elegant sea captains' homes. Near to charming town of Yarmouth Port shops and restaurants. This adorable cottage is just a mile from a quiet family friendly life-guarded beach. Gray's Beach has a wonderful boardwalk out over the marsh which is a very popular place to view the magnificent Cape Cod sunsets. There is an adjacent covered picnic area at Gray's Beach and restroom facilities. The cottage is walking distance to a town playground as well. This property is suitable for small families or two couples since the upstairs has its own lavatory, and a door at the top of the stairs for privacy. House was clean and well-stocked and very comfortable. Loved the sunroom and enjoyed the gas fire on the chilly nights. Grey’s Beach boardwalk was beautiful and location was great for exploring other parts of the Cape as well.

I stayed for a week with my husband and two small children. The house was exactly how it was pictured-cute Cape cottage with nice flat yard for kids to play in. The street was idyllic and very quiet, with quick access to a few coffee shops on 6A or short drive into Dennis for more restaurants (10 mins). Gray's Beach is a little over a mile away and parking was $20 for the day. It is a beautiful little beach, great for little kids and has a nice Boardwalk to walk down too. Communication with the owners was great--very fast responses. The kitchen was well-stocked and the outdoor shower was helpful since there is only one shower in the house. The sunroom was a lovely place to hang out as well!

Cape Cod Getaway
Lovely beach house in a great neighborhood off 6A, our favorite part of the Cape. The house is beautifully decorated with everything you need to feel at home. ( you do have to bring your own bed linens and towels) The weather was perfect so we walked to Gray’s beach each morning & sat on the patio to have breakfast. We enjoyed the sunroom & the gas fireplace in the evenings when the day cooled down. Pat was very easy to communicate with & very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed a much needed getaway!!

Yarmouthport Treasure
The cottage was all it was advertised to be and more. My wife and I are in our eighties, and the place was exceedingly easy to live in for a few weeks. It's located on a very quiet street, close to everything we were in search of, our friends at Kingsway just up the street, food shopping, and good restaurants. Their were bedrooms on the first and second floors and at our age we settled on the first floor. The bed was a bit small and would be much more attractive it was a bit bigger but we managed, But everything else was just ideal, a lovely sun porch where we ate all our home cooked meals, a very complete kitchen and outside deck. One issue is that this is an historic area that doesn't permit cell phone towers so reception is nil but there is a house phone for local calls that we used to contact nearby friends and restaurants, All in all a wonderful trip and we hope to be back next year. The owners were extremely accomodating and friendly too!

Wonderful cottage!
We loved staying at this cute cottage. Loved eating breakfast at the table in the sunroom. It was well stocked and very clean. The location was centrally located and perfect for exploring Cape Cod. Everything was so nicely decorated. The owners were very responsive to our questions. My only suggestion is it would be nice to have a full bathroom on the 2nd floor with the bigger bedroom. Otherwise, perfect!

Lovely cottage
We thoroughly enjoyed Pat and Bob's lovely cottage! It is suprisingly roomy, and we spent most of our time inside in their sunroom. Pat is excellent at responding to any and all feedback! The location is great - 1 mile from Gray's beach, which has free parking. We would definitely like to stay again!

Our stay at the cottage exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and well decorated. The sun room was our favorite and the large yard allowed for social distancing for a family cook-out. The outdoor shower was a much appreciated feature. The proximity to beaches and grocery stores was outstanding. We had a great time!

Sweet home in a lovely neighborhood. The house is beautifully updated, nice kitchen, family room and upstairs bedroom. Down stairs bedroom small but nice. Lovely deck and outside area. Very clean with lots of amenities. Plenty of beaches near by. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would go back again.

Another wonderful stay
This is our second year staying at Patricia and Bob's lovely home. When our trip abroad was cancelled we reached out to them to see if they had any openings as usually booked solid a year in advance. Someone else's misfortune of not being able to travel, gave us a much needed break from this pandemic. We knew that everything would have been followed in regards to state regulations and codes as Patricia and Bob go above and beyond for their guests ALWAYS! We felt from the minute of arrival, safe in their home. Their home is lovely and all your necessities are provided. It is a perfect place to stay while on the cape.

Yarmouth Port Gem
We had a wonderful experience staying here with our two young daughters. It was clear the owners had curated the property to meet the needs of their renters. The cleanliness, interior decor, and proximity to great beaches can’t be beat. Though this vacation was during COVID guidelines, we still had a wonderful time! We even made it to the newly-opened drive-in one evening. Highly recommend!

Exceptionally beautiful safe neighborhood
The home was delightful from the moment we walked in. The owners take pride in this home in every aspect. It is comfortably furnished with everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The house and yard offer privacy and the location is great. Overall, the hpuse was near perfect.

A True Gem!!
This was my first time renting this cottage, but hopefully it won't be the last!! I can summarize my impressions with three Cs: convenient, comfortable, charming. It's on a quiet street but very close to Route 6A and just a short drive to lots of wonderful places especially Happy Fish Bakery (best almond croissants ever!!) and Sesuit Harbor Cafe (best losbter rolls ever!!). The cottage is comfortable in so many ways: spacious, beautifully and thoughtfully furnished and wonderfully equipped for cooking and dining. And lastly, it just exudes charm...from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was at home. Pat and Bob have really made this a special place!

Perfect Cape Cod experience!!
This experience couldn't have been more perfect for my family to start coming back to the cape! Pat was more than accommodating with the communication prior to and during our stay. My mother has MS and has extremely limited mobility and the cottage offered all the amenities that we needed to get her on a vacation again! The layout was perfect for my wife and I to take care of our 2 year old daughter. The second floor was perfect for me to set up her pack n play for her to sleep! The proximity to grays beach was great and the parking is free! Overall a great time and we'd love to go back in the future

We had the most beautiful stay at Patricia and Bob's home. It was perfect, so well appointed with all of our needs, everything you need is at your fingertips! We were there to celebrate our son's wedding and we just had the most beautiful two weeks! Hope to book again for next year!! Thank you for everything!! It truly is a special place.

Beautiful and well maintained home! We loved our stay here and didn’t want to leave. It has everything we needed and more. The neighborhood was very well kept and pretty as well. The pictures in the posting are very nice but in person you will fall in love. Great spot and easy to get to as well when traveling to and from other parts of the Cape.

Wonderful property in peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Everything you could possibly need and more! Fantastic helpful owners. Only thing I would have liked would have been an extra bathroom but this did not spoil our stay at all. Thank you so much Pat and Robert for sharing your home with us.
