We had a fabulous time at the condo. It was perfect for my family of 3. The proximity to the slopes was fantastic and there were so many great dining options to choose from. Would definitely stay again!

Property was very close to the ski resort. Great location. You had all amenities in the condo that you needed. Owner was responsive and helpful. Pull out couch was a bit rough to sleep on. Might be best for young kids. Overall 5 stars. Thanks

My husband and I stayed with our 9 mo old for a week. The unit was exactly as listed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very easy to walk with skis to the Gondola. David was very comminicative and helped us with a few questions as they arose.

It was very clean and very very nice updated place. Perfect for a get away. I really appreciated the pots/pans/dishes towels etc. everything was clean and beautiful. The view was great. There parks and walking areas all around there. The grocery store is super close and very convenient.

We really enjoyed the fireplace and the heaters for the bathrooms.
Also, the hottub/sauna area was recently remodeled and was super nice!

This property met our expectations and more! The condo was very cozy and clean. Short walk across the street to ski area. If we come back we would definitely stay here again.

Best lodging for the price
I've stayed at several "high end" properties in Steamboat (400-700 per night, 2 people), but this is the first lodging I felt was actually a great deal for the price. Interior of the room was great (and super clean!), with lots of space for two, adequate for 4 people (includes couch and a blow-up bed), and the recent upgrades of the kitchen and BOTH bathrooms were outstanding. The gym/hot tub/steam room was recently re-done and were really better than I've gotten at more expensive properties. Parking includes underground parking, and you get ski storage included...just ski to the area by Slopeside Bar and Grill with ski racks by the restaurant, and its an easy walk to the condo. If you intend on "eating in" for your stay, it is a bit of a trip from the underground parking to the room, but not unreasonable (hauling groceries and gear takes a few trips). Overall, my wife was sold, and she can be pretty picky. The "bear" and hand-painted map of the mountain trail system was really cool. We will stay again for sure. No logistical issues at all - there were instructions on everything, which we don't always get. Thanks for a great stay, Dave!

Very clean and comfortable condo in a great location. 3 minute walk to slopes. Restaurants close as is the bus station that takes you into town. Would happily stay here again

Great location for couple, would definitely stay again
The unit's kitchen and bathroom with nicely remodelled with updated tile in baths. The unit was very clean with plenty of towels. I was not a great fan of the wall to ceiling mirrors though. We really liked having the two bathrooms to get ready in the morning or shower after a day of skiing. It is about a 100 yards easy walk to the lifts. There are two community hot tubs and never too crowded.
On the negative side, the kitchen cooking utensils was very sparse and very cheap and some pans needed replacement. There were no mixing bowls or liquid measuring cups so cooking was a challenge. There was no bath soap/shampoo though there was plenty of hand liquid soap by sinks. The unit doesn't really have much of a view because you can't leave window shades open as the walkway is in front of the windows. It is a bit of a walk from the parking to the unit so took several trips for our luggage. We also had an issue getting the car out of the garage as the fob quit working and fire alarm went off in the complex. (No fault of the owner though.)

Winter Wonderland
Had an amazing stay this Christmas holiday. Great loft-style unit within walking distance from the lifts and village. Very clean, updated, covered parking, hot tub, and host was friendly and always quick to respond. Highly recommend this place!

Tough rental, no key for entry
It's hard to review a place I paid for in advance and then show up to use only to find the key not in the lock box. Plus no after hours contact for, so had to get a hotel instead. While the owner/operator was responsive during business hours I still have yet to receive a full refund.
I would advise anyone to steer clear of booking this place. I use VRBO at least 2 times per month and this is the first time I have encountered an issue.
