Located across from the pool in building one, you will enjoy a full ocean view from the common balcony which can be entered through French doors from the living area and the bedroom. Rental of a vacation home in Hamilton Cove includes use of the community’s amenities (pool, spa, health club, 18-hole putting course, tennis courts, croquet court, sand volleyball court and beach area with built in barbecues and picnic tables). This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum July & August). An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Hamilton Cove amenities, including pool, spa, gym and tennis courts are currently closed and will re-open at the discretion of Hamilton Cove Homeowners Association for the health and safety of the community. All CIVR guests must comply with all applicable State of California, County of Los Angeles and City of Avalon laws, orders and protocols including the State of California COVID-19 Industry Guidance: Hotels, Lodging and Short Term Rentals. Maximum Occupancy: 4 people / Bedroom 1: King bed | Living Room: Full Sofa Sleeper ----- This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Great view, set away from downtown Avalon which we liked. The golf cart rental that is included is wonderful and needed.

The one bedroom villa was perfect for our 3 night stay. It was clean and fully stocked like a home away from home. The breathtaking views and accessibility to our very own Golf cart to get around the island was the icing on the cake. Loved everything about our stay, worth every dollar.
