We invite you to share our condo, the fabulous white sand beaches and the relaxing ocean breezes of the Emerald Coast! This is our private vacation home. Approximately 700+ sq. ft.... Perfect for singles, couples or smaller families. SLEEPS 3-5 MAX. Three Swimming Pools * (NO “JUNK” FEES. Compare our final price with others.) This BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT UNIT is most conveniently located on the ELEVATED FIRST FLOOR of The Dunes of Panama, Building B. Easy and optional elevator access available. Outdoor stairs provide DIRECT ACCESS to TWO BEACHFRONT POOLS / pool decks (three on property,) the clubhouse, bathhouse, the Tiki Bar, grilling areas, parking areas, tennis courts, and best of all … the lovely beach and warm gulf waters. ** For all ages, one of the best features of this condo may be the quick, easy pool and beach access right from your balcony door! ** The Dunes of Panama offers 1500 FT. of SANDY WHITE, EMERALD COAST frontage, in the Lower Grand Lagoon area. Here… it is usually more quiet than other PCB area condos & beaches and we are located just 5 mins west of gorgeous St. Andrews State Park. Our unit is CLEAN, MODERN and WELL FURNISHED to ensure you enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has a KING-size bed, 2 full dressers, an open walk-in closet, a flat-screen TV and an oscillating tower fan. The bathroom features a large walk-in tile shower and a small washer/dryer. The living room boasts a 55" flat-screen TV, contemporary decor, and a modern sofa with chaise which easily provides additional sleeping for children. (The convertible chaise unfolds into an x-long twin and the sofa becomes a full-size bed. Linens and pillows are provided in the living room armoire.) For your convenience there is a fully-equipped kitchen, counter seating with 3 stools, an expandable dining table, a ceiling fan and sliding glass doors opening onto the balcony with chairs and leisure equipment for your use. Fast and easy elevator access in (5-floor/40-unit) Building B. Optionally, three staircases provide access to/from the first floor. On-site security is provided. Our condo is surrounded by beautiful tropical landscaping. The DUNES OF PANAMA mixes family-friendly fun with a relaxed vibe. The property features three swimming pools (one heated seasonally), two tennis courts, fitness room, shuffleboard, basketball hoop, clubhouse, bath-house, a seasonal tiki hut snack bar and a year round on-site deli/bar/store. CONVENIENT, AMPLE, FREE PARKING! Community QUIET HOURS. ******* Check-in @ 4 pm CT Check-out @ 10 am CT (unless pre-arranged with owner.) ****** ATTENTION: Must be at least 25 YRS OF AGE to rent. *Proper ID required. NO occupancy above 5 persons (which includes all children 0 and up) * MAXIMUM of 3 persons over 17 years of age. ASSOCIATION RULES: Guests under 25 yrs. are required to have parent or legal guardian present at all times. NO smoking. NO pets. NO parties. NO third-party rentals. GLASS! Glass tables, doors & decor may not be suitable for children. LOW-PROFILE LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. The modern sofa and chaise sit low to the ground. Floor to seat height 16”. Patio & Living room furniture weight capacity approx. 250-300lbs. We are NOT liable for any personal loss, injuries or illness during or from your stay. PRICES vary by the season, are subject to change, and only confirmed with signed rental agreement and full payment (due at time of booking if less than 30 days before check-in.) I love how close this condo is to the pool and the beach. It’s literally a 2-3 minute walk to the ocean from the condo door. I had a relaxing stay in July 2023. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at Juilea’s condo! She was wonderful to work with, and very prompt! The location of the condo was the best! Just steps away from the beach and pool. The view was wonderful! We will definitely be returning next year!!!

I went for a week. The first few days I had all to myself before family joined later in the week. Perfect for 3 or 4 people. The condo is literally right by the pool and beach! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back!

This condo would be excellent for anyone, but it was especially great for my husband and me due to some mobility issues. The parking out front was wonderful, right in front of the building, which has only 4 floors. Right inside the doors are luggage carts and even shopping carts, making unloading car so easy. Take the cart up one floor in the elevator, and you are home. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. The king bed was super comfortable. The bathroom is small, but the shower was really large. Small washer and dryer so convenient for keeping up with laundry. Loved the balcony facing the pools and the Gulf. I think we lived out there most evenings, listening to the waves. Since the balcony faces south, the sun goes east to west, meaning there is shade on the balcony all day. Access to pool and beach was extremely easy. Again, with mobility issues, this was wonderful for us. Kitchen was great with everything we needed. We were amazed at how quiet the unit was. You cannot hear residents in the other units. The neighborhood was quiet, and security patrols the grounds regularly. We can't say enough good things about our stay here, and would come back again in a heartbeat!

Truly had a great experience renting this property got to speak directly with the owner not just a management company. Unit was clean and nicely set up. Balcony faces the pool and the beach. Washer and Drier in the unit made it so easy to come home with everything clean. I will definitely look to stay here again when we go back to the PCB area!

This was the perfect room for our small family. It was more than stocked with everything we needed. Tons of dishes, silverware, Tupperware, linens, etc. The communication from start to finish was amazing. Juilea was very attentive & understanding. She is very thorough with the to-dos of the listing. Everything was very clean. We can’t wait to book again for next year!

Nice 1 bedroom/1 bath condo close to the pool and beach, but still very quiet. Great view of ocean. Condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and everything you need to cook/bake which was nice. Bathroom shower was spacious with new door. Washer/dryer in bathroom which was very convenient and quiet. Balcony was nice to sit on with comfy chairs. This was like a home away from home. The host was pleasant and responded very quickly. The air conditioning worked very well and there was an additional nice fan in the bedroom. I would stay there again !

My wife and I decided to hit PCB for the first time on our 2nd year anniversary. We were right where we wanted to be in terms of nightlife, and beach vibes. Everything was as described and we would definitely come back! The owner was great and prompt. Cleanliness was not exaggerated!
