Welcome! Enjoy Deer Valley & Park City in this spacious mountain-side condo. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, this condominium is the perfect combination of location and space. The Portico Condominiums are very centrally located between Deer Valley Resort and Park City Mountain Resort. It is a very short walk to the FREE citywide shuttle system to and from each resort, downtown Main Street and many other local attractions. The walk to downtown Main Street is less than 10 minutes. Distance to free bus: 200 yards Distance to Main Street: .3 miles Distance to Deer Valley Resort: .7 mile Distance to Park City Mountain Resort:1.5 miles This condo has a great layout - taking full advantage of large windows and a great deal of natural light. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together - or enjoy privacy. It is perfect for a large family, two families, or 3 couples. Main Floor: Entry room with bench, wall hooks & closet for easy ski storage Open, bright living room with TV, gas fireplace, and large sectional sofa (NOT a sleeper) Designated dining area w/ dining table and seating for eight (8). Fully stocked cook’s kitchen: fridge/freezer, ice maker, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, crock pot, blender, etc. Stackable washer/dryer combo. Full bathroom with a tub, shower, toilet & sink Jacuzzi on patio off main level. 2nd Floor: King Bed, down comforter Bathroom with double vanity, shower, toilet & large jetted tub. Large walk-in closet. 3rd/ Top Floor: 1- Bedroom with Queen Bed, TV, walk-in closet 1- Bedroom with queen bed, twin & trundle bed, walk in closet Full bathroom with tub, shower, toilet & sink Basic cable television is included, as well as free Wifi/ Internet. Family stayed at this unit and friends stayed across the street. Nice close walk to main st for dinners. And nice short walk to bus stop for skiing. Especially enjoyed the hot tub outside after a day of skiing. Thanks!!!

This condo is perfect for families. Great location with easy access to Main Street and Park City base. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family with kids. The host was also very polite and did more than expected in making sure our stay went smoothly. Highly recommended!

This was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. It is conveniently located near historic downtown Park City and has easy access to the free public bus transportation. The condo was clean and spacious and the hosts communicated clearly and quickly about everything. They answered a lot of questions for us regarding recommendations for skiing and dining. They were great about everything and I would definitely come back. We really enjoyed our stay in Park City!

We had a great stay in this condo. The location is great, a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley bases, and you can actually walk to Main Street in about 10 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. And hot tub is right outside the back door. Great to have a garage space when heaving snow came in. The owner is very responsive and the check in and out couldn't have been easier. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location
We had a great time skiing and enjoying park city. Walking distance made for great location. We were 3 couples and it suited us perfectly. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes.

Exactly what we were looking for
I had a group of 6. We were skiing at Park City and wanted to be close to the town to use the town lift and to go out to dinner. This place was absolutely perfect for us! It was within walking distance of town. The house was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

Great location and home
Very close to skiing and restaurants in town with the shuttle. Great common area to dine and hang out as a group. Beds were very comfy. We had a small issue with check in, but Jennifer helped very quickly and communicated well throughout the process.

Great Location and comfortable beds
We really enjoyed the location(very close to Main Street and park city ski resort). The Condo has great amenities including kitchen (lots of pots, pans, and spices) and living. The beds were very comfortable!! A good workout walking upstairs to the third level where 2 of 3bedrooms are located.
3rd bedroom was on second level (easy climb). Communication with the owners was very good. Really nice overall experience.

The private locker in the garage is convenient, but has an overhead leak, which soaked two car seats. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this until we needed to leave for the airport.

Our family of 7 fully enjoyed our stay!
Our family of seven with three generations of occupants enjoyed our stay at the condo. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are updated. Also, the location is great for walking tours into Park City shopping and restaurants, as well as great access to Deer Valley.

A lovely mountain stay!
This is a lovely condo so convenient downtown Park City. It is just out of the fray, so it was quiet at night. The shuttle system makes it easy to get anywhere, but the underground garage is nice if you have a car. The hot tub is precisely one step outside on the patio.

Great location, responsive owner!
We thoroughly enjoyed our ski trip and stay in this condo. The location is perfectly situated between Deer Valley and Park City. As a family with ages ranging from 2 to 62, the condo met our needs. The owner, Jennifer, was very responsive, thorough in her communications, and flexible in accommodating our needs. We recommend!

Wonderful Place for Families
For the 2nd year in a row, our family spent a wonderful ski vacation at this terrific condo. Plenty of space for everyone and private hot tub. Clean and comfortable and close to ski resorts and downtown. Owners were great to work with and would highly recommend!

Perfect Spot for Sundance!
We had a fabulous stay during the Sundance film festival. Easy walk to Main Street and a relaxing and functional place to pop by in between screenings. Convenient and comfortable. Jennifer was an outstanding host and allowed us to have flexible check in / check out which was a life-saver with our crazy schedules for the festival. 5 stars!!

We had a great stay in Park City. Everything worked out and the place was great. Easy to get to town. Hot tub was great and place had ample amounts of towels. Only thing I would improve is the grill. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Great condo and location in Park City
We loved the condo and location. Condo met all our needs with easy access to Deer Valley and PCMR. Kitchen was well-equipped and we enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. Skiing at Deer Valley was excellent. Owners were fantastic. Would highly recommend!!

Comfortable, convenient, and relaxing!
Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this well-appointed, cozy condo. We loved the living room and kitchen setup, especially the big dinner table, the modern kitchen, and the big couch by the fireplace! Upstairs, we enjoyed the private, spacious master suite, and our three kids had fun in their own bedrooms on the next floor up. Each day began with a relaxing reading/coffee session, followed by a lively hike (we recommend the trails up near Guardsmans Pass, about 20 minutes away from the condo), a nap, and a walk into town for a drink and maybe dinner. Each day ended with us stargazing from the hot tub on the porch. Writing this now, I realize just how much we enjoyed our trip...and that we need to plan another one soon.

We had a lovely stay at this condo in Park City. It's central to the downtown area, and the buses to the Deer Valley ski resort are within walking distance. It's a very well-appointed condo, and I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location, easy to get in and easy to get out. The underground parking was awesome. The rooms were big, the beds comfortable, the kitchen was fully functional. The hot tube was fun and relaxing after a full day skiing. The owner made it simple to rent, simple to get in and simple to leave. If you have kids this will work great, if you don't have kids it will work great. We will be back!

Stayed here with family after Thanksgiving and had a great time. It was a bit too early to ski, but there are mtn bike/hiking trails that gave me a perfect 1 hr hike with views of both resorts. The place was great with plenty of room to spread out. Definitely on my short list of places to stay.

The townhouse was in an ideal location and the owners were super easy to work with. Fast responses and made the trip easy. The place had everything you need and the hot tub was one step away outside. I would def stay there again.
