This 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 8 with a king bed, a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle, and a queen sleeper sofa. Kitchen and all bathrooms remodeled in 2023. The oversized private balcony offers beautiful views of the mountains and Snake River. running directly below it. Ideally located next to River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. The Timbers on River Run is a true ski-in/ski-out complex that offers shared amenities including a pool with indoor access and a hot tub. The living area features new furniture around a beautiful stone gas fireplace and a mounted flat screen TV. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The owner has provided a selection of games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is access to the spacious private balcony that offers beautiful views and a gas grill for additional cooking options. The fully remodeled kitchen features new quartz counters, marble backsplash, stainless appliances and slate floor. It is stocked with all the cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home.. The dining area comfortably seats six with room for three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Near the entryway is the private washer and dryer and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience. Third bathroom has a bonus shower walking shower and a pedestal sink. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The master bedroom features a custom lodgepole pine, king-sized bed, a flat screen TV and an entire wall of windows with peaceful views from the bed. It has its own private entrance to the main balcony. The en suite bathroom is fully remodeled with all new floors, quartz counter tops, shower and bathtub surround. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full custom lodge pole pine bunk bed with a twin trundle and a flat screen TV. Excellent ski in ski out location very close to River Run gondola and village. Very nice building with underground parking and numerous amenities. Condo was very nice with spacious living and dining room, renovated kitchen and three full renovated bathrooms.

We probably had a 4 star experience but am still giving 5 stars because some of the things were not the condo owners fault.
Very clean and spacious with awesome views. The balcony was wonderful but did have caution tape on some of it and exposed metal so we had to keep our kids off that side. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction each day across the creek so most times sitting outside meant lots of noise pollution. We used the pool and hot tub everyday and loved it. Again - great, but the pool was usually FULL of flies so we’d have to use the skimmer in the pool each time. The way I would describe the amenities of the place the condo is located in is working and they do the job, but very old and rough around the edges. Location is awesome - so close to A Basin and Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorne/Breck.
Master bedroom and suite were great. Used the jetted tub a lot. Only complaint is the bed is on the very firm side.

This is a very nice condo within walking distance to River Run shops and eateries. We visited the 3rd week of August (low season), and loved the lack of crowds and beautiful weather. The condo is large, nicely furnished, clean, and has large windows and French doors that open to a nice deck. We enjoyed the outdoors and the sounds of the river every morning and evening. Garage parking was great, and the pool and outdoor area were also nice. We would definitely stay at the Timbers again.

This vacation rental is in a great location, tucked in the trees, and quiet. Views from this rental are amazing and relaxing. We did have a few major issues that were in the end resolved, but made for a 4 star experience and not a 5 star. All in all I would stay here again and recommend this property.

We really enjoyed this rental, perfect slope side location, tastefully appointed. The fireplace did not work. We called about it and building staff was very responsive. We decided not to interrupt our stay w/ a service call, but we still had a nice time.

We had a terrific stay at this condo again this year (2nd year in a row we've stayed there). The location is nearly perfect for skiing, and the condo is a good fit for my family. We enjoy the relative seclusion of the Timbers condo, though to be fair, it is a bit of a hike to get to River Run village for dinner/shopping. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and was clean and bright. The enormous dining table was a bit outdated, and the chairs are way too big, heavy and cumbersome, but that fits the "theme" of this condo, I suppose. Just a bit awkward.We enjoyed the hot tub and steam room every day, and they weren't too crowded during our stay.The main downside of our stay was that the River Run Chair Lift was closed nearly the entire time we were there (Mon - Thurs), which meant we had to hike across the bridge to get to the Gondola from our condo every morning and afternoon. This made this condo a "ski-in," but not a "ski-out" condo, and took away one of the main advantages of staying in this unit (at a significant price premium over The Springs, where we used to stay). If this is going to be a normal Keystone thing, we'll probably switch to a less-expensive condo that is closer to the Gondola (like The Springs) next year.

Great Layout on 4th floor. Extra bedroom flanked the right as you come in and has a small full bathroom. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen, dining room and living room are one open space. The master bedroom has a large bathroom. Clean and maintained, though the fridge water dispenser needed a new filter and beeped when you used it. Yes the manager did provide great service. Definitely would stay here again. There was not an easy to walk to the Village, but you have a ski in ski out place, a communal hot tub and nice heated pool. Heating between rooms was inconsistent.

Very short path/ski trail to the summit express lift/gondola. Ski in Access to the back entrance from a little trail off Ina's Way. Outdoor pool is comfortable temp for swimming even at night. Beautiful building and grounds with awesome views of the village across the river. Everything in this place was top notch. A bit of a walk (maybe half mile) into the village but doable even with little ones.

This is one of the best locations in Keystone for skiing. It's a very short walk from the condo to the ski run down to the base lift or gondola to start the day. And a very easy return for lunch or at the end of the day. Condo had everything we needed. Plenty of space. One small issue was handled promptly. Pool and hot tub were great.

Ski-in ski-out is difficult due to rolling path, however, it is a very short path to the run for gondola or lift. And other than master suite, the condo stays a little too warm. Over all, it’s a pretty great place.

In a word - Beautiful
This property was amazing! The location within the building made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. Situated on the corner made summer breezes flow throughout the space. Upon check-in, one issue was a challenge with bedroom lighting, Wi-Fi internet and tv. Contacted the property management on the second day. They were able to resolve all. It was just difficult for the first night.

A walk down the hallway and an elevator ride down two floors and you are steps away from the snow, with a 1 minute ski to the lifts. The convenience is the highlight of this condo. There were several minor maintenance issues and the unit could certainly have been cleaner, but nothing major that detracted from our stay. You can also walk to the River Run village with shops and restaurants in about 5 minutes.

Condo location is perfect and the common areas are well maintained. The master bed is one of the best we've ever slept on. The crock pot needs to be upgraded and the thermostats in the guest and living area did not work the entire stay. The tv's in the guest & living areas didn't work either.

It was very spacious and luxurious. The views from any room window were spectacular. The balcony was Hugh with breathe taking views. The condo and the entire resort were very clean and bright. The ceiling fans were a nice added feature. The pictures do not do the property justice, it was beyond our expectations. The pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, and gathering room were all above and beyond. We had plenty of room to invite guests for dinner; we fit 15 people with ease. The garage under the building was secure and easy to access the elevators. We went to the Coors brewery, Mt Evens, and Silver Plum railroad and mining tour. We also went into Breckenridge for a ride on the peddle bar. We had a great time and hated to leave. The weather was great every day. No complaints of any kind. We are from NYS and were in Keystone for our son’s wedding. We had people from 14 different states attending and all were very happy with the accommodations. The wedding was August 17, 2014 and a beautiful sunny day. We had a great experience while staying at the Timbers.
