This home borders 2.3 million acres of the White River National Forest. The local county open space and trails commission has built a vast array of hiking and mountain biking trails that we connect to directly. Three thousand miles of jeep, ATV, Dirt-biking, and UTV trails from the back door! Great for romantic sunset back-country drives The entire property is perfectly suitable for fully able people and adaptive family members. All bathrooms are 100% ADA with appropriate grab bars and curb-less (roll-in) showers (all rain forest heads- like a waterfall). All interior doors are sliders with no swings. Breath taking views combined with ample amount of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. If you are looking for a large home to accommodate your needs, this is it! Every bedroom has it's own ensuite bathroom plus two additional "powder rooms" one of which is also a full bathroom. There was only one tiny downside and that was that only two of the bathrooms had soap. We had to use shampoo as soap so you may want to bring you own. Even with that - it was well worth it! I would love to go back!

This house was amazing, great location close to town, beautifully stocked kitchen and great views throughout the house. Perfect for a family ski trip or relaxing get away and enjoying the views. I’d love to visit again.

Thank you for providing such an amazing stay for our family of 16 for the Thanksgiving holiday! Our group ranged in age from 14 to 93 and everyone had a great time! The elevator was so helpful for our granddad who can no longer walk up and down stairs. When Ryan stopped by to walk us through use of the elevator he was so kind and he noted he would be available if we needed anything.
The house was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The bedrooms all had plenty of room with great views, and it was so nice that every room had a private bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware for our large group, and all of the cookware needed to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. The dining table easily sat our entire group.
The amenities were second to none. The hot tub was great and a wonderful way to relax. The game room provided hours of entertainment. The movie room was fantastic and it was perfect for watching football and movies.
Our family has rented several properties for Thanksgiving over the years and this was definitely our favorite place. We would love to stay again!

Amazing property! Sally and Ryan were amazing hosts and were readily available for any questions and had extremely prompt replies. The views were impeccable and the pictures on VRBO do not do this property justice, amazing. Kitchen table was great for family dinners - we had a chef (the happy cuisiniere) come in and kitchen was great for private chef dinner.

We had a group of 14 adults for a work retreat. This property was perfect with each couple having their own room and bathroom. The view was amazing. We saw elk right outside the back door in the evening. There was plenty of space to spread out and work and the town was so close for shopping and activities for the spouses while we worked. We would definitely go back again!

We booked this house for a business retreat for 7 adults. We had more than enough space as the house is very well laid with each room pretty much a suite. All the bed rooms had their own bath room with large beds, TV and great views of the valley. The house was full of amenities that were simple to access and great instructions if needed. Great location being 5 minutes from the main drag or 10 minutes to the the gondola for skiing. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone

We booked this property last minute after the first property we had booked months in advance fell through. From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, Sally and the management team made sure we had every detail we needed prior to check-in. The experience of working with Breckenridge Vacation Homes was second to none. For me, the experience is everything and this team nailed it.
The home has breathtaking views and the main floor is a beautiful wide open space with beautiful furniture and tons of natural sunlight. The kitchen is a chef's dream — they've thought of everything. We did hire a private chef to cook for our family of 14 and they had everything they needed.
The bedrooms were better than expected in person. The photos online were my original turnoff because I wanted my guests to feel like their rooms were very comfortable and luxurious and the photos looked like mid-level hotel rooms. However, in person, I was pleasantly surprised and everyone was so comfortable. The ensuite bathrooms for 8 bedrooms is so key to allowing everyone to have their own space. Such a key amenity.
The movie theater is a fun addition. At first I couldn't imagine we'd actually use it, but a late afternoon glass of wine and Harry Potter was exactly what we all needed.
These owners have thought of it all - wine fridge and dishwasher in the movie theater, a washer/dryer room on both bedroom floors, double kitchen dishwashers and trash receptacles, a refrigerator in the garage for extra storage, turf back yard, new hot tub, games, baby gates, high chairs ... if you forgot it, chances are this house remembered.
We're so happy that our original reservation got screwed up. This home was everything we needed.

Our family (presently 9 adults, 5 children, ages 1-7) has an annual reunion, sometimes in the Dillon area, sometimes elsewhere. We've been to the Dillon/Frisco/Breckenridge area 4 or 5 times, and this property tops them all (and all the properties we have stayed at have been excellent). The home is spacious, extremely well appointed, conveniently located (a very short drive to Breckenridge ski area, which has oodles of things for kids to do), and even has a playground, which our young kids loved. The kitchen was well stocked with the little things that you often forget to bring: spices, paper towels, coffee filters, etc. There's even a local fox who came around to check us out.
Sally, the owner, was exceptionally accomodating and helpful.

We had a large family vacation with ages 25 to 85 (+ a dog) and it fit our needs perfectly. We LOVED the set up of each bedroom with a connecting bath, it made everyone feel like they had their own personal suite. With no bedrooms on the main floor, it allows those to wake up early or stay up late and not impact the other guests. The views, deck, and outdoor space were breathtaking! We loved the accordion doors in the living room which we opened every day! Double ovens, extra fridge in the garage, commercial ice maker, two dishwashers, two coffee makers, and a grill was a major plus and so convenient to have with our big group. Our trip to breck was amazing but truly think the house was the best part, we would come back in a heartbeat :)

We had a great time at this home for a family reunion to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. Ages from 20 months to 72. It was very well appointed with a very well stocked kitchen. Wonderful views of the mountains. The trampoline and play set were great for our young kiddos. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and foosball table as well. Excellent location about a mile from the main grocery store and Gondola to the mountain. Had issues with water supply the last night that took some troubleshooting but otherwise nothing major. We’ve stayed in many rentals and this was one of the best!

We had a little issue with the ice machine not working and within 30 minutes they dropped off three bags of ice for us:) The views are some of the best in Breckinridge! Absolutely breathtaking. Incredible Views & Cozy Space
Sally's place was wonderful. The space was immaculate, every room was stocked with what we needed and the views are out of this world. Sally was very communicative and quick to address any questions we had prior to and during our visit. I highly recommend the Forest Hills VRBO to anyone looking for a mountain getaway in a beautiful location.

We had a mix of 5 different families whom all ranged in ages but the house was completely set up to handle everyone’s needs. We we close to town and we couldn’t have asked for a better view. Everyone had a wonderful time and we would definitely look into this property for the future.

The property was beautiful and family friendly. The house was perfect for bringing extended family. (every family had their own bedroom and bathroom). We had difficulty with the theater room remotes (operator error) and the property maintenance people were immediately responsive and very helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property!

We were totally thrilled with the home and the ammenties that it offered! The pictures really don't do it justice - the mountian views are amazing! The elevator was great for an older couple in our group who appreciated not having the go up and down the stairs everyday. I would definitely recommend the home for large groups and gatherings.

UNBELIEVABLE STAY!
Stayed at this property from 3/30-4/3. We got married in Breckenridge with our immediate family accompanying us so there was plenty of room for all 15 of us. There were two kids in the group and there was plenty of space for them to run around and the backyard was amazing. The home itself was beautiful and had wonderful amenities. I can’t recommend this home enough. Such a great location and the house manager and host were wonderful. Very responsive. Thanks for making our stay so special!

This was the largest home I've ever rented, and it was clearly designed for large groups. We ended up with 5 couples and 2 singles. There were enough bedrooms for everyone, and even an extra. Everyone having their own bathroom is great. The kitchen was fantastic and very well equipped, and double dishwashers made it easy to keep up with the group. The common areas are huge and held all of us easily. The garage was big enough for two of our vehicles, and tall enough for our monster Lincoln Navigator with the Thule box on top. As mentioned in the rental info you probably want 4WD/AWD in wintertime. One of our group had a front-wheel drive VW and had to do some work with a snow shovel to get up the drive once there was a few inches on the ground. All the other 4WD/AWDs we had didn't have any issue. It's a short drive down into town, and the views from up there are amazing. If you have a large group you couldn't ask for much better.
