It also has an additional luxury guesthouse, state of the art gourmet kitchen, and a beautifully appointed family room. This exquisite Highlands home displays refined comfort and modern sophisticated amenities, where quality craftsmanship meets thoughtful design creating a bright, relaxing ambience. Stunning views of the ten mile range mountains make it an even more pleasant stay. The main floor has a master king suite with spa bathroom, washer, and dryer. There is a home office for those who need to work. Computer and internet are provided. In the family room, dramatic wood beamed ceilings and picturesque windows open to the view of the ten mile range mountains and golf course. There is a large gourmet kitchen, made for a chef, and quartz counter-tops with a large island. Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, wolf stove, 3 refrigerators, two dishwashers, wine cooler, built in microwave, and a large tv on kitchen wall. You will find a nice breakfast area open to the kitchen. The family room with wooded beamed ceilings, amazing oversized fireplace, and panoramic windows, is a highlight. We have an additional queen guest bedroom on first floor with on suite bathroom. The utility room on first floor includes a large washer and dryer. The second family room downstairs is next to third additional bedroom with king size bed and bath. It has a cozy fireplace, a large flat screen tv on wall, and, for your precious children, there are games, movies, and a game console. There is a small refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in small kitchen downstairs. The children's bunk-bed room, which sleeps 8, is next to an additional bathroom. The sauna/steam room is available down by the family room, and the movie theater room includes a large screen and projector to enjoy at night. There is a pool table, as well as a ping pong table to relax and have fun. Enjoy the hot jacuzzi on the deck for all the family to relax under the stars. The home has a 3 car garage. There is a fireplace in every room of the house. The guest quarters is attached to the home, above the garage. Great property - was a little warm with radiant heat, and could have used info on how to use movie theatre room or play movies on Dish. But great space, plenty of room, and everyone had a wonderful time. We enjoyed making family memories here.

This was our third time staying in Breckinridge right after Christmas. This is by far our favorite home. Everything is high end and comfortable. The kitchen is huge with anything you would ever need. We cooked every meal for 4 days and didn’t lack anything. Beds were very comfortable and that counts for a lot. The view when you walk in the door is breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. We enjoyed the theatre room every night and the ping pong was fun too. The location was great since we were between Frisco and Breckinridge . We could not have had a better place to stay with our family of 6 adults, 3 kids, and 3 generations. We want to go back! Thanks, Amanda.

Ratings are lower due to some shabbiness of furniture, threadbare throw pillows and lack of any amenities in bathrooms - a basket of toiletries would have been a nice touch. Instead there were only half used bottles of Garnier Fructis shampoo. My biggest complaint was that the pantry - which is large - was full of food items left from previous renters that included open, half eaten boxes of Cheez-its, open bottles of pancake syrup, flour, etc. Extra staples like paper towels, laundry and dishwasher detergent that are in left in the rental are useful and appreciated, but I recommend that housekeeping remove the many open food items - that are likely stale or spoilt - from the pantry. It was both gross and potentially unsafe.

This luxurious home is located in a quiet neighborhood with access to skiing within minutes. Our Christmas holiday was celebrated in comfort. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would welcome a second opportunity to create additional family memories in this beautiful property!

This cabin was very nice, clean, the big windows, fireplaces in every room and the layout were great. All the bedrooms were spaced out, which is great when traveling with a few people. The pool table downstairs with the theater room were a hit, also loved the hot tub and steam shower. There a couple of things, none that will keep us from coming here again, but would add to the experience. I recommend an inventory of glasses etc... There were only 3 wine glass, and the dishwashers were not great. That and the towels not being very soft were the only things that could have been better. I highly recommend, it is clearly well taken care of.

This property was everything it was advertised to be and so much more. It had everything needed to cook a Thanksgiving meal for 10 family members. There was also plenty of space to be able to seperate and do your own thing! Most of all, the VIEW of the mountains from the family room and dining room is simply intoxicating. This house had it all!

This was our second time to stay in this home and it was just as beautiful and convenient as I remember it from two years ago! It was just two of us this time for a quick birthday ski trip and we had a blast. We only left the house to ski and eat; everything you could want and need are right there onsite/in the neighborhood. From the hot tub and sauna to enjoy after skiing to sledding in the neighborhood and enjoying the sunsets on the porch, this place is perfection! So close to everything but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. One of my favorite places - we will be back!!!!

This was a beautiful home with great amenities. There were a couple of small things I needed and Amanda answered when I called - she was amazingly helpful and responsive. We very much enjoyed this property and will definitely check out her other properties.

Beautiful home close to the ski slopes. Loved having the hot tub, steam shower and sauna after a long day of skiing! Perfect for a larger group with plenty of entertainment for the kids with pool, ping pong and movie theater!

The house was beautiful, just as pictured. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to easily cook meals for our group of 9. We enjoyed watching football and a movie in the theater room, using the hot tub after a day of skiing and relaxing in the spacious living room. The location of the bedrooms allowed those who wanted to sleep late, while the early rising youngsters had breakfast. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend this property.

Overall, we had a great time spending Thanksgiving in CO. The scenery from the living room and kitchen was breathtaking. The home is huge and our kids loved the movie room. Watching Netflix in there was a joy.
Unfortunately, there were many issues: the en suite, in the master bedroom on the main floor light, didn't work. I notified the owner and she suggested her handyman come but he/she never came. The master bedroom sheets on the main floor was torn. The lighting in the living room and kitchen was very dim and some didn't work.
Bring your own bath towels because the home doesn't have many if you plan to stay a week.
The downstairs master bedroom fireplace didn't work and the downstairs master bedroom sheets weren't clean.The guest house sheets weren't cleaned either. Not sure if it was dog hair. :/
There are old TVs in the home, and none are smart TVs. That was a bummer because we wanted to watch Netflix in the family room.
Last, the sofas in basement were torn, and the hot tub was dirty. :( The home needs a thorough assessment by either the owner or a property manager, but we made the best of it.

This house was great for our family vacation! We had the best time staying here. The house had plenty of room for my parents and all 4 sisters and their husbands and 6 year old. There was so much to do around the house! Inside there is a ping ball and pool table, home theatre, sauna and steam room. We got plenty of use out of them all. Outside there is a wonderful patio with 3 large couches looking onto the golf course and breathtaking views of the mountains. We got to watch the prettiest sunsets from here every night and enjoy our morning coffee here as well. A second patio has a grill and hot tub and fire pit with plenty of outdoor dinning seating. the kitchen is wonderful and cooked at the house almost every night. I wish there were baking sheets. we had to buy disposible ones. two refrigerators was great, but ice makers did not work. two beverage drawers as well and wine fridge! double oven made it even easier to cook for the large group and at one time we even took advantage of the oven in the guest quarters. the shades in the master and queen bedroom on the main floor did not work but other than that everything was in working condition. we loved that this home was pet freindly and got to bring our fur babies. it felt like home away from home. The house also came with fans but no humidifiers so if you want one I would bring. thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful home, we had an amazing time and hope to be back again!

We had the best family vacation. There were 6 of us me and my husband , son and daughter in law and our grandsons. There was plenty of space for all of us to have our space. The kitchen was my favorite place as a retired chef. The views were spectacular. We want to thank all for this special time

We rented this home for a special needs mom’s reunion and it was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is huge and is well equipped with high end appliances and plenty of utensil. The ice maker was broken (as previous renters had noted) but the one downstairs in the game room worked. The patio has amazingly comfortable couches, perfect for a large group to drink coffee or look at the stars. The patio looks out onto the mountain range and it’s spectacular! The location is between Frisco and Breckinridge and is perfect in a quiet neighborhood. The house even has bikes to use. The only issue we had was there were no potholders or a cheese grater. We needed both for making dinner on the first night. We made due with towels to get items out of the oven for a couple of days, making several comments about how such an amazing kitchen was missing these items. On Saturday we were gone most of the day on a river rafting adventure and returned to a Target bag on the counter, along with a cheese grater and two hot pads. The tv was on downstairs game room and the toilet seat off the game room was up. Clearly someone had come in the house while we were gone with no notification! I understand about cameras outside but there has to be some inside if the items we were complaining about missing magically appeared! We texted the owner with no response. It is a well-built quiet house with amazing art and decor and the beds and furniture are very comfortable. We would stay there again but would like to get the camera situation clarified. That part was a little creepy! Cameras and recording devices are not permitted inside a VRBO property.

Great family stay
Overall the property was very well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals except there were no oven mitts or pot holders. The grandkids had a great time in the hot tub and theater room. We did have to purchase batteries for the remote for the downstairs tv, but it still did not work.
We would definitely come back.

Perfection.
If you are on the fence about staying at this property, stop thinking and just book it! My family had a wonderful week here with our 2 dogs. The house is beautiful and the KITCHEN - I will forever dream about this kitchen. It's also situated near the golf course and in between Breckenridge and Frisco, so it's convenient to get to both in about 10 minutes. Just perfect!

Perfect family getaway
My family of 10 (ages infant to grandparents) enjoyed this stay very much. The pictures of the home are very accurate. A very clean home. We took advantage of all the amenities this home had to offer and everything was great. A well-equipped kitchen. Hot tub. Pool table. Steam spa. Movie theater. Two large outdoor decks to hang out. The house is located in a great neighborhood within walking distance to many hiking trails and the Breckenridge Golf course. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend this beautiful home.

The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. Every amenity you could possibly need. There were plenty of bedrooms for our family of 7. We enjoyed the pool table, ping pong table and the hot tub. The views were fabulous. The check-in process was very simple. We would definitely return.
