Awesome Custom-built Guesthouse In Quiet Downtown Location
About this house rental
Nestled in Flagstaff, this charming house for $202 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come kick back, relax and simply enjoy our warm, comfortable guesthouse as a vacation get-a-way. Or if you are the adventurous type like ourselves, use our home as a base for all the adventures and excursions that Flagstaff, its four seasons, and Northern Arizona offers. The home is located in the quiet, safe neighborhood, overlooking downtown known as Cherry Hill. Just a 5-minute walk down the hill puts you in the heart of downtown, bustling with local shops, boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, bars, live music venues and more—and you don’t have to battle the parking! Our guesthouse was completely rebuilt in 2007 and includes, new kitchen, radiant heat with cork floors, mini split AC and vaulted ceilings. The home features tons of windows and is bright and sunny, with views into our private backyard, surrounded by ponderosa pine trees. The floor plan has an open, fully equipped kitchen, with a bar that flows into a dining area and quaint living room. There are two large bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom—each bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The living room has a huge 60-inch flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. Choose from our great selection of movies for all ages for your evening entertainment. The living room also has a cozy gas fireplace for those chilly winter months—easy to operate! The comfortable couch turns into a queen-size bed to accommodate more people. We have an ipod/ipad dock for your listening pleasure and wi-fi for internet access. The guesthouse also features a washer and dryer for those who enjoy longer stays or want to dry some wet snow gear. We also have a pack-n-play and high-chair-type seat available for infants and toddlers. The guesthouse is attached to our main house but is completely separated and has its own entrance. We have provided a private patio with a BBQ and outdoor table and chairs, separate and isolated from our communal backyard. The private patio is an awesome place to enjoy the incredible nighttime star gazing and peace and quiet in the fresh mountain air. There is additionally access to our huge communal backyard that features a jungle gym and trampoline with mesh enclosure. We live in the main house and are available for help/questions anytime. We are friendly, warm people and enjoy meeting all of our guests. However, we respect your privacy and space as well. Please feel free to interact with us as much, or as little as you'd like. What a perfect spot for our visit to Flagstaff! We walked into the cute historic downtown for restaurants and shops. The kitchen was the most well-equipped of any vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Super comfortable beds. Easy drive to Snowbowl for skiing - gracious hosts. Thank you so much!

We selected this property to accommodate our train trip to the Grand Canyon National Park, which leaves from Williams, AZ (about a 30-minute ride from the home) The home was very clean and comfortable and served our needs well. Its location was also convenient for restaurants and grocery stores. Our trip included stays in Scottsdale, Sedona and Flagstaff, and each vicinity had its own microclimate. Since Flagstaff was the coolest of all the locations, we really appreciated having the gas logs in the family room.

The guesthouse is just minutes from downtown and convenient to everything in Flagstaff. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms are great and the living area has everything. My husband did work over the WiFi with no issues at all! The owners were very available.
We really enjoyed the dark skies and often woke early to look at the stars. The sunrises and sunsets at the house are beautiful!
There are plenty of things to do in Flagstaff. We loved Sunset Crater, Wupatki, Walnut canyon, the meteor crater and the Lowell Observatory.

We stay 12 nights and enjoyed the place and stay very much. Close to downtown so we could walk to places to eat, the visitors center and farmers market. It was easy to find and felt just like home. Very quiet and safe. We would definitely stay there again.

We visited the Flagstaff area to do some serious hiking and this guest house was perfect for our needs. The house was well equipped with anything guest could need including the kitchen which was stocked with all basic supplies. The guest house location is ideal; it’s only a 10-12 minute walk to old town Flagstaff with its many breweries and restaurants (which is awesome since downtown parking is extremely limited) and only a short drive to most mountain hiking trails. The property hosts are very nice; friendly and willing to answer questions and make recommendations. I would highly recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to the Flagstaff area!

The only issues we had was with the grill when we tried to BBQ and maybe the pillows for the beds could be updated. Other than that, we had a very relaxing time and enjoyed our stay

The house was clean and very well stocked with all items one needs when on vacation. The visit was quiet and extremely enjoyable. Close to downtown we would certainly rent this guesthouse on our next visit to Flagstaff.

The property was a perfect home base for exploring the Colorado Plateau, Grand Canyon and Flagstaff area. Although there were two of us, it easily handles 4 people with 2BR and 2 full baths. High quality features and every detail considered.

A relaxing, quiet neighborhood, this is a beautiful guest home with easy walking and driving access to downtown Flagstaff without being in the hussle and bussel. Perfect for exploring the area, seeing family, and only 90 min from the Grand Canyon. Hosts were great to work with. We plan on booking here for our next visit.

The Cherry Hill Guesthouse has everything that you need to feel right at home. There were just 2 of us on this trip so it was more space than we needed so I would love to return for a family vacation. We loved watching the wildlife in the backyard. Just perfect!

We were very happy with this home away from home. Well maintained and convenient to Flagstaff. Weather was perfect and we had a great view of the sunrise right in the backyard. Beds were comfortable. Available washer and dryer helped tremendously. Would stay again.

Hospitality, at its hight! The apt was extremely clean, cozy and warm. Excellent layout! Lovely, and private accommodations for two couples. Blizzard hit during our stay and our hosts made it magical by ensuring that all paths and driveway was cleared. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future! We enjoyed meeting Katherine and some family members, including a very friendly dog. When we mentioned a handful of burned out light bulbs, they were replaced in a matter of minutes. A five star experience in every sense.

Very nice space- feels recently built or renovated, as everything is in great shape. Some rooms are a bit tight- living room and bedrooms in particular, but overall very comfortable.
The location is fantastic- situated on a ridge with great views of East Flagstaff, yet it is an easy walk downtown.

Property was very nice, beautifully updated. 30 inches of snow prior to arriving, but Everything was shoveled out warm and inviting. Wish weather had been a little warmer to enjoy outside amenities, but still a great vacation.

I would highly recommend Cherry Hill. The location was close to walking trails, old town, and many attractions. We are all in our 70’s and it was the perfect place to relax a bit after sightseeing. Great quiet neighborhood.

Th best part was the necessities that were already in the kitchen and bathrooms.
We stay in a lot of rentals and this one had a fully equipped kitchen, concluding spices, salt/pepper. Coffee/ tea/ sugar etc all the things that you usually bring or have to rush to the store .
Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and large kitchen. We will rent it again!

Flagstaff trip for the Overland Expo
Beautiful place! Nice neighborhood, close to town. Stayed for the week to work the Expo. Especially cool when I figured out it was my Dad's house that he lived in back in 2002. Current owners did an awesome remodel and the Guest house for the rental is really nice.

Exceptional Property and Great Location
The property is exactly as described! The two bedrooms each had en suite access to a bathroom, which was great for privacy. Location was beautiful with easy access to downtown Flagstaff. Highly recommend staying here. Would absolutely rent from this owner again.

Fantastic Flagstaff family rental.
The rental was clean, spacious, relaxing, and accommodating. The neighborhood was beautiful and within walking distance to all the restaurants. I would highly recommend this home away from home.
