Beautiful lakefront, poolside townhouse in sunny Osoyoos.
This townhouse is immaculate, enjoy all the comforts of home in this fully furnished and tastefully decorated town home. The kitchen is fully equipped with all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, blenders, toaster oven and more. All 3 bedrooms have queen sized pillow top mattresses, 32 inch LCD and DVD in master bedroom, The two guest bedrooms have 19 inch LCD TV's and DVD players, also a 42 inch LCD Tv, stereo and DVD player and fireplace in the living room. This townhouse features hardwood floors, granite counter tops, washer, dryer, water softener and reverse osmosis. This unit is air conditioned, has a BBQ on the deck, 2 full bathrooms downstairs and a 1/2 bathroom upstairs. Upstairs deck has a spectacular view of the lake and mountains and a comfortable patio set for enjoying a glass of wine at night while taking in the spectacular view. Master bedroom patio is poolside with pub style table and chairs. Pool area is equipped with hot tub and fitness center. Private lounging dock with safe swimming area and a public sandy beach adjacent to complex. This unit is a short drive to award winning wineries and world class golf courses
Boat slip is available upon request. I am offering GREAT deals for golfers and wine enthusiasts for the month of May,June and September. We are now taking reservations. Thank you to all the wonderful families that have been returning guests for the last 10 years, we appreciate being able to rent to such great people. We rent Saturday to Saturday during July and August. Snowbirds are welcomed and it is a great place to spend the winter with all kinds of activities to enjoy in town!! We loved the location, the view. The hosts communicated quickly when a problem arose. Unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and it was in the 30’s C while we were there. Sleeping was uncomfortable because of the heat. Otherwise the unit was nice.

Great place. Well equipped kitchen, but we really missed not having a kettle.Location was superb for exploring the southern Okanagan.

The unit was nice enough. 3 bedrooms was very convenient for 3 ladies to stay. Nice pool and grounds as well.Some things need an upgrade though. No extra toilet tissue, we had to out and purchase morw. Bleach stained towels and watered down liquid hand soap should not be issues and an easy fix. Being asked to wash and fold your sheets should never be a requirement after having to pay a cleaning fee. I don't know if the owner lives close by to see these things but it's the little things that can give a negative review unfortunately. Communication for booking was good but we did end up having a repairman show up unexpectedly that we had to wait for to finish his job so we could leave. He was very polite etc and tried to work quickly but we weren't prepared that he was coming. The owners apologized for this but these are things you don't expect on a vacation. Osoyoos itself is a lovely little town and fun to explore.
