About this condo rental

Located in Denver, this charming condo for $135 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Welcome to Washington Park, one of Denver's most charming, oldest and most historic neighborhoods. You will be staying 7 blocks west of the park where you can enjoy many outdoor activities like jogging, walking, volleyball and biking. There are tennis courts, large flower gardens and a recreation center with an indoor pool. The park also has two lakes where you can rent paddle boats. You are also located two miles from Denver's best shopping, Cherry Creek Mall, and high end stores. Downtown is only 3.5 miles away and the University of Denver is only 3 miles away from this neighborhood home. If you want to enjoy the neighborhood there are several great restaurants, bars and coffee shops that you can easily walk to. Our home was built in 1893 and the apartment upstairs is newly furnished and is completely private. It has one bedroom with a queen and one with a full size mattress, a queen size pull out sofa and a full size pull out day bed in the living room. The kitchen has a mid-size refrigerator/freezer and is fully equipped with all of your kitchen needs. There is NO OVEN/STOVE; however there is a portable induction range that can be used for anything that would otherwise be cooked on a stove top. The proper pots and pans are provided. There is also a microwave, toaster oven and toaster available. THERE IS NO STOVE (We do have an induction unit and plenty of pots, pans & skillets) You will also be able to enjoy free cable and internet, 2 TV’s, 3 Roku Stick's, air conditioning and 2 alarm clocks. If you are not renting a car for your visit the Lightrail station is only 8 blocks away. Denver also has Uber and Lyft for easy transportation. The house if over 120 years old and yes the hardwood floors make some noise but that does not affect the downstairs whatsoever. There is one thermostat that we control downstairs that we have to control but since we have started using our upstairs as a vacation rental we have gotten really good at controlling the temperature to make it comfortable for 99% of our guests. There is also a portable AC unit in the back bedroom (the one that tends to get a little warmer in the summertime) for guests to use in addition to our central air conditioning.

Neighborhood was so cool, quiet street for good night sleep. This upstairs VRBO was so warm and clean and relaxing. We had lots of linens and extra blankets, ample closet space dressers for storage. We really enjoyed this VRBO stay, we could walk to so many business's and take in the view. I want to come back again with my three daughter-in-loves. Take in 5 days vaca at this VRBO. We had a wonderful stay for 3 nights at this location to catch a Broncos game and see a bit of Denver. Great location and very clean. I would definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Jason was a great host. He lives on-site and was available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for restaurants and bars. The property was very comfy, clean and welcoming. He had lots of extras like an Alexa in each room, plenty of nice towels, and all of the kitchen needs you could want, and there was no shortage of toilet paper!

The unit was exactly as listed! Clean, quiet, equipped with plenty of towels and toilet paper, easy free street parking, and great to use as a central “hub” to explore Colorado. Having the fans in the bedrooms was a plus. Hosts were wonderful with communication and recommendations.

Very cute and clean place on a quaint block in a quiet neighborhood and yet surprisingly close to so many dining options (by foot). Walking distance to the metro. Low cost Uber distance to much more! Easy street parking. We already plan to return!

Check in process was seamless! Upon entering we noticed how spacious and clean the unit was. Bathroom was large with two sinks. The balcony space was a lovely place to drink coffee in the morning. Overall had a cozy feel and made for a lovely stay. My only gripe was the creaky floor boards.

This property was exactly what they said it was and the property manager answered any questions we had in a very timely manner throughout our stay. The area was great with many walkable restaurants and other restaurants very close by. It was easy to get to downtown and to main highways to travel!

We had a little hiccup at first as we never received a welcome email that had the code to the main door. But our hostess Corie was quick to respond. All went smoothly after that. Great location so close to downtown Denver. Our place was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I really appreciated the Keruig and Brita pitcher. My only comment for improvement is that the carpets & rugs could use a good cleaning.

We absolutely loved this property! It has everything you need and is really a home away from home. We had a busy couple of days but it was lovely to come back and chill out on the deck! We would definitely stay again! ❤

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the location close to Washington Park. The only reason we couldn't give 5 stars overall was the uneven wood floor at the top of the stairs. The floor was beautifully refinished but it was slanted and uneven which made it difficult to walk on for us older folks.

Great little place located in a fantastic neighborhood! It was fun to walk around and see all the old restored properties. The back deck was perfect for our family of 4 to eat and play games. We wished it had a grill but instead we enjoyed the property managers recommended restaurant's. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this great apt. Very clean, with everything you need. Location near Alemeda St. gives you access to a bunch of excellent places to eat or drink. Best recommendation- Bon Ami for breakfast.

My daughter (13) and I (F41) really enjoyed this stay. We were in town for thrifting, antiques, and vintage and found the location close to Broadwell to be perfect! The neighborhood is easy to get around in and full of beautiful houses. It was right up our alley. ;-) The property was very nice. It had enough space for up to four comfortably, the beds were good, and the provided coffee was a welcome addition to our morning. Corie was helpful and easy to work with. We will stay here again.
