About this house rental
Enjoy a little bit of paradise at this cozy, open concept home. Fully renovated with Brazilian cherry flooring in the living and dining areas and kitchen. Convenient to everything the island has to offer; our beach access to the Gulf of Mexico beach is a quick walk away. The heated, in-ground swimming pool is yours alone and next to a spacious patio and expansive deck.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the other bedrooms have queen beds. Flat screen televisions are in two of the bedrooms and the living room. There is excellent wi-fi service to keep you connected. Updated, fresh linens for bed, bath and beach are included and a full-size washing machine and dryer are located in the family bathroom.
A full complement of dishes, glassware and cooking utensils fill the generous kitchen cabinets. Dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator with icemaker make meal preparation easy. The newly remodeled kitchen with quartz countertops is adjacent to the dining area and sundeck, both of which have tables with seating for 6. The charcoal grill can be used on the patio or on the deck.
Beach chairs, umbrella and toys can be found in the storage shed on the ground level. The island's bike path is directly across the street and parallels the specially-designed jogging trail.
For those rare too-chilly Florida nights, or just for a little more ambiance, the living room fireplace helps make everything more comfortable. A selection of books and an outdoor fire pit make relaxing even easier.

The property was fantastic as were the owners. My boys and I came down to Tarpon fish and this place was perfect to come home to after being on the water all day. Great restaurants right down the road too. Can’t wait to com back! Thank you so much.

Pool was great. Kitchen and outdoor grill were good. Kitchen was missing any non-stick cookware which would've been nice for fish or eggs. House was very nice and convenient location to town and beach.
