This is an ideal location for skiers. The ski lift is very close and when coming home you can ski down to the door. Also, there are shops and restaurants in walking distance. The apartment has everything necessary for a convenient stay.

Sauberes Appartement, schlicht und funktional eingerichtet. Kurzer Weg (300 m) zum Lift. Parkplätze frei. Terrasse mit Orts- und Bergblick, im Winter durch den Schnee kaum nutzbar.
Die Dusche hat guten Druck und ist auch heiß.
Zwei Spinde für die Ski-/Snowboardausrüstung im Haus.
Falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung:
Es ist nur ein Raum mit Küchenzeile und Bad, KEIN Wohnzimmer + Schlafzimmer (Fotos sind korrekt).
Somit auch nur ein Doppelbett und keine Extra-Schlafcouch.
Insgesamt nur ca. 25 qm statt 40 qm (also 37,5% weniger als angegeben!
Der TV ist ein 13“ CRT-Modell von 2003.
Die Ablage im Bad ist nicht richtig fixiert und durch die ungünstige Konstruktion so drehbar gelagert, dass abgelegte Sachen abstürzen. Mein iPhone hat es glücklicherweise überlebt.
Der Preis liegt deutlich über dem georgischen Niveau für touristische Spots. Aber das ist ein Gudauri-Phänomen.

The flat was nice, clean and comfortable. It was really warm. I even reduced temperature on the radiator. All necessary cutlery were available.
The flat is situated near the first lift as well as near the shop.
The owner of the flat provided all necessary information and support, always answered promptly.
