Continental Breakfast provided at no charge Choose Muffins, Bagels, Donuts or Croissants with Nespresso latest version coffee pods, provided by Maxwell's Bakery our shop in Laguna Niguel, Niguel Donuts One of our Businesses. Also, the fridge will be stocked with beverages water Juice Soda once again gratuitous. Absolutely nothing tacky or cheap about our place, high end linen minimum 800 thread count sheets. Hotel collection, Surf themed bedroom and a well-organized wet bar and Breakfast self-service set up. Park directly in front of the home! Easy and simple is the experience we would like our guests to enjoy, our reviews speak for themselves, we want people to enjoy our place with zero stress. I have traveled and stayed at 5-star hotels we have tried to capture that experience at our home, Dany and I take great pride in making the experience memorable for all of our guests we have a 33-foot cruiser Yacht available for sunset cruises, additional cost for Harbor and Sunset cruises, must be booked in advance and through VRBO Prices start at $ 1000 for up to 6 people. Please send inquiry! The property is well lit up and the light switches are inside the unit. We take pride in a very clean and simple experience this is a 600 square foot suite on the 1st floor of our beach house, completely secure and separate from the main home we are often away working so there are no people to deal with, Sunset Island is made up of retired people walking their dogs and enjoying the Ocean or green belt, Old Town Seal Beach Very close. so is Huntington Beach and Newport Beach, if you want the fast-paced beach scene its very close, so is South Coast Plaza, Fashion Island and other shopping centers. Sunset beach has everything within walking distance. The beach is a 5-minute stroll. This is a very private quite location that you would need to know where it was to be found, great for getting away from it all and truly unwinding the reasonable pricing makes it a very rare find for a couple 2 guest maximum. The Suite is private and secure. It has its own private entrance, a separate sleeping area sitting area and a bathroom on the first floor similar to a suite setting with a private patio enjoy coffee and a pastry while relaxing we are not home to bother you, just make a request and we will have it in the unit, no one will bother you during your stay at our property!

This place is perfect for two people. Just the right amount of space. What makes this place more than anything else are the owners. They will make sure you are taken care of from start to finish. They want to make sure you have a great time, and more importantly, a great experience. There should be more than a five star option when you have people, and a place this awesome!

Nice and charming beach bungalow on the canal. Great hosts. Dave is the best!! We had a very comfortable stay and found some great restaurants and a nail salon on the marina over looking the boats and water. Wonderful time!

The location of the bungalow was perfect for our visit with family. All the necessities needed for an extended weekend were at our fingertips and Dave was attentive, helpful and beyond kind. The bedroom was just enough, the living area was cozy: perfect for happy couples. All the plants and flowers that filled the patio created a tranquil environment. We were also lucky enough to walk across the street and down the beach under a double rainbow. Thank you Dave and Dani.

This is not a big place. Just enough space for two people. I forgot there was no kitchen but the microwave and fridge sufficed. Made for a nice free days.

This was an amazing property at an amazing value. Dave is awesome and the property was clean and in a great location. Sunset is a much slower town and its nice for a relaxing gettaway. We had an family emergency and had to leave a day early and Dave offered to not charge us the last night which was amazing. Will definitely come back to this property again.

This property was small but well suited for two people. We had everything we needed. The host Dave was very kind. We loved that it was walking distance to Sunset Beach. The patio was my favorite part, it has the most beautiful flowers!

I was looking for a quiet place close to the beach and this spot filled all my requirements. It is definitely small and very efficient, and has a Zen-like vibe with it’s orchids and plant-filled lanai, lovely white linens, and view of the morning sky. The owner was very friendly and responsive; checking in/out could not have been easier. My one suggestion would be to make a broom available for sweeping up the inevitable beach sand that comes with such close access to the water.

The place was very well maintained and well located. The hosts were wonderful and gracious. Dany greeted us with homemade donuts that were delicious. Dave was super accommodating with some minor changes. If I could give this rental more than 5 stars I would.

Loved staying here and being able to walk a quick few minutes to the beach every morning. Dave and Dany are so nice and were great hosts, stocked fridge with assorted cold drinks and were easy to reach at any time. Nice Patio too. Would stay again :)

Dave is a fantastic host and was extremely communicative. The room was tidy and very adequate for our basic needs. The frig was well stocked with water and juices, and awesome croissants were provided when we checked in. The area is very quiet, and the beach is only two blocks away! Lots of shopping and eateries nearby.
