This is a cosy place to stay - only 4 rooms! It's on a quiet side street only 6 minutes walk from the main, old area of town. Ilaria was so welcoming and friendly - 6-stars! The room and bathroom were OK in size - not large, but with all the amenities. Breakfast was prepared by Ilaria with standard fare for this part of the world, and very fresh and tasty. On-site parking was a plus - a bit tight to get in and out, but workable.
Also, it's only 10min walk to the train station for the Bernina Express, so very comfortable for getting an early start.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable, delicious breakfast and nice to meet other guests. Shower was great and coffee in the room very good.

We had sweets and coffee ready on our beds and a lovely pack of toiletries to use. The breakfast was delicious and it was really easy to find and close to the train station. We also really appreciated having our bags stay at the BNB whilst we explored Tirano
