The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room and explained everything clearly when we arrived. Everything was easily accessible and the overall experience was excellent.
What I liked less was that the grass wasn’t very green, and our private pool was facing the grass, which made the view a little less enjoyable.

Amazing propriety very clean and modern
Nothing to dislike about the place, it is great. One remark nothing to do with the hotel facilities is that the beach at the front is with pebbles. But the hotel offers sun-lounges and staff regularly checks to ensure they are only used by the hotel residents.

No children and good relaxing atmosphere.
Many small issues in our room, such as USB charging points only one worked. AC kept cutting out and then do not disturb signs turned off so knocking at door. Toilet running constantly and other plumbing issues. Sea view which we upgraded for was overlooking a roof of a building and found it not quite as exceptional for the price we paid. Bar person could not make cocktails correctly and service was slow and not correct. Bit disappointed overall.

Rolls were nice but the view promised, was not as the pictures. We had a a view of a huge dead, Brown lawn and a bit of beach when sea view was promised.
