Really pretty and modern resort with a great all inclusive offering. we loved the village feel and was great for families
The cleanliness was really poor especially for us with a baby. The crèche floor was so dirty, my baby had black stuff on her knees from crawling. Our hotel room had cobwebs everywhere and when cleaned, they didn’t refill the loo roll. The high chairs were really dirty in all the restaurants. The staff were friendly but not too keen on the staff touching our baby without asking before.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time last year, when it was still Lindian Village, and we were extremely satisfied with our experience. This is why we decided to return this year.
The sea is genuinely beautiful and exceptionally clean, and this was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
I would also like to give a special thanks to Peter, who helped us with our luggage, and to the middle-aged lady working at the Splitz Bar next to the Island Restaurant. Their approach, kindness and genuine hospitality were truly admirable. Their attitude towards guests was a great example of the level of service we would hope to see throughout the hotel.
Unfortunately, compared to last year, we noticed a significant decline in both service quality and overall standards.
We experienced several issues with housekeeping. The rubbish bins in our room were not emptied at all during our stay, and we had to make considerable effort to have our towels changed.
The pool and beach towels were not available until around 11:00 a.m. This was disappointing, especially for guests who want to go swimming or to the beach early in the morning. Towels should be available from the early morning hours.
There were also several issues in the restaurant. The seats were extremely dirty and poorly maintained, while the number of waiters was insufficient for the level of demand. Unfortunately, the attitude of some of the waiters in the main restaurant was also below the standard we would expect from a hotel of this level.
Bottled beers were served warm, which was another disappointment. At the bars, cocktails have also started to be served in small cardboard cups, which felt rather careless and inconsistent with the overall concept and standard of the hotel.
There was a hamburger listed as an option at the food truck, but there was never any hamburger available during our stay.
Making a reservation at the à la carte restaurant was also quite difficult. After considerable effort, we were only able to get a reservation at 9:00 p.m. Since this is quite late for us to have dinner, we unfortunately could not make the most of the à la carte restaurant experience.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay last year when the property was Lindian Village, which is why we chose to return. Unfortunately, this year we felt that the quality and service standards had noticeably declined. We sincerely hope that this feedback will be taken into consideration and that the necessary improvements will be made to bring the hotel back to the high standard we experienced last year.
