The establishment was built in the 60s. Looked brand new. It had beautiful grounds that were well maintained.
Champagne and fruit were in the room . Beach was sandy and beautiful. Staff were excellent and friendly. The lady at the concierge was able to provide places to see in Rhodes such as the villa built for Mussolini, which was a great day trip. Was close to Parsonisi beach which is where the Mediterranean Sea and Aegean Sea meet. Great for wind surfing and sailing. The wait staff was superb

The location near the beach was brilliant and the beach owned by the hotel was beautiful. The pool was great but the food was the outstanding element of the hotel. The food was fresh, hot, and full of variety with lots of options! The entertainment was also strong with a really passionate animation team!
The hotel itself could be improved with a small bit of interior design / styling to make more comfortable in the evenings. The gym also could do with a refresh to bring it closer to the pictures as quite run down.
For 5* I would expect an increased level of service and for it to feel more luxury but felt very standard.

The staff was amazing, everyone was kind and perfect. I like the beach and comfort for kids and stroler 👍
Amazing was Creperia and pizza/bar on the beach and some jewels like chocolate foutain or greek jogurt or tzaziky and gyros or fresh fishes ☺️👍 baklava was top
I am sorry but I dont understand how is possible to have 5*… beds was horrible - absolutely uncomfortable beds, terrible shower, especially the shower head, unsuitable for children, food was not good, rather artificial, meat dry, potatoes and other things were swimming in oil.. I am sorry but we expected absolutely diferrent standart for the money and 5* hotel 🤷♀️ pool was colder then sea :)
