I liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The assortment of the food was adequate for a buffet. Would definitely recommend the property to others. The nightly entertainment was highly enjoyable.
The lack of facilities to escape the heat left a little bit to be desired. The lack of plug-ins in the Bathroom for hair care devices, curling iron, straighteners etc., and the lack of plug-ins near the beds. Something that would have been nice to have would be some sort of scooters to get around.

The best thing about this hotel is the sea. Lagoon with crystal clear water, no waves and the water was always calm. Just beautiful . The food was good most of the times
The worst thing was the trash. It is everywhere. Bottles, cans, plates, plastic stuff lying for days everywhere except the hotel building. We also didn’t get their minibar water refill policy. They give you 1 small bottle every 2 days. They forgot twice to refill ours. Why don’t you just charge extra 50 euros and put the water every day? À la cart restaurants are scam, just don’t go there. My fav is was charging you for drinks that people get for free in the bar on the other floor (like wtf?). Oh and the stuff.. we had to wait 45 minutes for a porter on the golf cart to pick up our luggage because for a such enormous hotel they only had 1 person doing that job. Oh and the sun beds on the beach are quite old

The hotel was excellent. It is located in a quiet and beautiful area, about an hour from the airport and Rhodes Town. The beach is lovely, and the overall atmosphere is very pleasant. The entertainment team was excellent, the pools were great, and the food was very varied, with plenty of choices. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and always willing to assist. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel.
The hotel is very large, so there is quite a lot of walking between the different areas. However, after all the great food, you can also see it as a good way to keep in shape!
As in many hotels, there was also a recurring issue with not having enough sunbeds and chairs around the pools and at the beach, especially during busy hours.
Since we stayed at Princess Sun last year, we naturally found ourselves comparing the two hotels. Our feeling is that the current hotel is more luxurious and sophisticated, but we did miss some of the simplicity and family atmosphere of last year's hotel.
We also felt that the type of guests was somewhat different this year. There seemed to be a more mixed crowd, with more guests looking for a luxurious and refined experience, rather than mainly families as we experienced last year. This is, of course, a matter of personal taste.
For example, the beach restaurant felt quite formal and carefully managed. The staff were extremely attentive — perhaps a little too attentive for our taste — and we didn't quite understand the concept. We personally preferred the more relaxed, simple and family-oriented atmosphere of Princess Sun last year, especially when travelling with children.
So while we definitely recognize that the current hotel offers a higher level of luxury, we personally missed the simpler and more relaxed feeling of last year's hotel. Perhaps it is no coincidence that when we tried to book there again this year, we couldn't find any availability.

Beautiful private beach.
Nice staff.
We had 2 bedroom family suite.
It was located in front of the amphitheater.
Every night there was loud music until 11pm.
The room isolation was terrible and our kids couldn't fall asleep. The hotel didn't help.
