We had a great time in this hotel. We liked the Kiotari and the hotel has it's own part of the beach across the street. They offer very good drinks, good snacks. We liked a lot stand with crepes and ice-cream. We liked the gym too with good range of equipment, fantastic view and most of all very friendly and helpful coach. As for the room, it was quiet, clean and beds were very comfortable.
Main restaurant gets overcrowded at times. Common areas might use some refurbishment.

Amazing hotel with lots of activities for kids and adults.
We the the sea view room and it was amazing to wake up each morning to that view.
Swimming pools were great and always had a place and sun beds.

The bars and man restaurants are great to with a good variety of drinks and food which was tasty!
Absolutely recommend and we will come back for sure!
Great shows every night at the amphitheater and last night we were in the beach party.
Couldn't get a place for the other restaurants... Now so many tables and didn't had the chance to eat there...

The staff were excellent, I was worried having read previous reviews but shouldn’t have been because everyone was fantastic! There were three pool options plus the splash park for small children.
It’s based on a steep hill which I didn’t realise when booking. Which means using multiple lifts with the push chair to get between our room, breakfast and the splash park.
It’s located an hours drive from the airport which is a long transfer, but nothing you can do about that either!

Kind, helpful, and friendly staff. Beautiful panoramic views, pools with stunning views, a large playground, and a spacious children’s pool area. Upon arrival, our luggage was taken to our room.
For me, this hotel was a major disappointment, especially considering that it advertises itself as a 5-star, family-friendly hotel.
I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of either the room or the common areas of the hotel. The sheet on the lower bed was dirty, and there was a lot of litter in the landscaped areas of the hotel. Many of the towels were heavily worn, stained, and looked dirty.
The pools were cold, especially the children’s pools, which was a real problem because we could not properly use them. Even though the weather was warm, we got cold after spending some time in the pool.
The hotel advertises having 7 restaurants where guests can eat, but with only 1–2 exceptions, they require advance reservations. However, there were no available tables, and some of the restaurants are only open in the evening. In the restaurants that are also open for lunch, the selection is quite limited.
The food was mediocre and not very varied. It was often served cold, and the overall quality was rather low. There was no baby food or children’s cutlery or cups available. A children’s menu was only offered at dinner.
There was no possibility of a late check-out. There are also no changing facilities for babies in the hotel’s common areas, so before leaving, we had to change our baby’s diaper on a sofa in the lobby.
It is not possible to access all areas of the hotel with a stroller. The only option is to use the very steep outdoor road, which also has car traffic, even though only a short section would need to be made accessible with a ramp.
Most of the outdoor surfaces are dangerously slippery even in dry weather.
The playground could be really nice, but there is absolutely no shade, so it can only be comfortably used early in the morning, late in the afternoon/evening, or when the weather is not too hot.
The pillows were uncomfortable, and the air conditioning was quite noisy.
