About this house rental
Hop over to The Lily Pad for a perfect weekend getaway in Niagara-on-the-Lake - the location is one of THE BEST! This is a picture perfect place to relax. Our home is situated on a quiet street, lined with beautiful historic homes. The Queen's Royal Park (the infamous gazebo) right on Lake Ontario is less than a block away and the bustling Queen Street is also one block away. A short walk or bike ride takes you to your choice of local wineries, breweries, restaurants, shops, and other sites and attractions. Please ask us for additional information or recommendations!
Built in 1930, the home has been in the family for over 60 years (4 generations). With a fire place in the spacious living room, it is a charming and cozy home for couples, families and friends. All beds are fitted with luxurious linens and bedding, and towels are supplied to listed guests. Our bathroom was newly renovated in 2026, new windows installed in 2025, and exterior redone in 2025 as well. The AC and furnace are also brand new as of 2026 as well.
Cozy up with a complimentary cup of coffee or glass of wine on the back patio overlooking the luscious garden or on the front deck overlooking the lake before heading out on a bike (also complimentary!) to tour the town. Additionally, a new propane fire table is available for guests use on the back patio with comfortable cushioned seating.

We had the opportunity to spend a night with our friend from Pittsburg. We were all so impressed. An amazing property with everything we needed. The porch was our favourite spot to sip our wine. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the lily pad property in Niagara-on-the-Lake! The house was quaint, very clean, and had great amenities for our group of four ladies. The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable and worked perfectly for our group, allowing everyone to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The location was excellent and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We especially loved spending time around the fire table in the evenings. The hosts were very responsive and easy to deal with throughout the entire process. We would definitely return if we visit Niagara-on-the-Lake again!

We had a lovely stay at the Lily Pad. The house is charming, very well kept and clearly loved by the family. The overall feeling was nostalgic, like staying in someone's charming lake cottage. The bathroom is nicely finished but quite small so not recommended for people with mobility issues or that require a bit more space. The kitchen is consistent with the nostalgic vibe with some older appliances but had everything we needed, and all in good condition. The outdoor spaces - front and back - are the star of this home, along with its location. Corey and Alicia were wonderful hosts, quick to answer any questions we had. I would love to stay again.

The Lily Pad is steps away from shops, restaurants, waterfront, and theatre. The house is comfortable and has everything you could need for your visit. Unfortunately, the timing of our visit didn't allow us a chance to enjoy the garden area. The hosts responded quickly to any questions. A great spot!
