About this house rental
Situated in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this attractive house for $109 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. License NO. 050-202 You must be at least 26 years old in order to book this property. Flat rate for up to 8 guests and 8 guests maximum. The number of guests must be indicated at the time of booking. Any change in the number of guests afterward must be approved by the host. Please do not bring extra guests without notice. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds and sofa bed. Please remove outdoor shoes from the house. Please bring your own slippers or indoor shoes if needed. This wonderful year-round home is just a short walk to the charming "Old Town Heritage District" of Niagara-on-the-Lake with its unique atmosphere. Head out the door and walk to town for lunch and browse the shops, art galleries & world-renowned theaters. The public library and community center with a café shop are only steps away as well as the public transit bus that takes you around town and the largest outlet mall in the area. Walk to the famous Jackson-Triggs Winery and enjoy many events and concerts. Please make sure you don't miss every Saturday morning's farmer's market where you can get fresh locally grown fruits and vegetables and every Wednesday's "supper market" where you can buy food from local vendors and eat outdoors while enjoying a live band. Both of these are just a short walk from the house. Come back home and relax at this comfortable three-bedroom, 4 bath house. This home offers a nice floor plan with two spacious bedrooms upstairs and an additional sitting room with a TV and pull-out sofa bed. The master bedroom with an en-suite bath is on the main level. Plenty of space to gather in the kitchen and dining area which is open to the Great Room. The Great Room is bright and airy with a vaulted ceiling and lots of natural light. This beautiful home has been newly furnished with smart TVs which enable you to sign in to your favorite subscribed, internet sites like Netflix and YouTube. Take a tour of local wineries and microbreweries, a relaxing stroll in the "Old Town Heritage District" to browse the unique shops or the lakeside boardwalk. With so many options you'll want to stay for more than a week! You will be able to stay connected, during the prime season with high-speed unlimited WiFi. Central air is available and a full-size washer and dryer are available for your use.

My girlfriends and I were seeing a play at the Shaw Theatre. This home suited our needs perfectly as it was close by and as we were coming from different areas out of town had parking for 4 cars. This home is beautiful and very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfy and the home was decorated for Christmas including a tree. The bathrooms provided many toiletries and plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. The owner kept in touch to see that everything was as we expected and responded to our enquiries very promptly. You won't regret staying here. We would definitely come back!

The house was spacious and had plenty of room for 8 of us. Very clean and kitchen was well equipped.
The walk to the old town and stores is a good 30 minutes but was very pretty.
We had no issues with check in or out. This was an excellent stay for our group.

We arrived in Niagara on the Lake before lunch and Jing allowed us to check in early. We found the home to be exactly as represented and we were very impressed with the size of the home and the cleanliness. There was a welcome binder with lots of information about the home and the area. There was also a binder full of menus of local restaurants. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were extremely well appointed. The location of this home is excellent for enjoying Niagara on the Lake. Jing was easy to communicate with and her reply’s were prompt. We look forward to staying at Maplewood House again.

The Maplewood house met our needs. Excellent location for road tripping to wineries and an easy walk to downtown core. The house is well equipped. In the kitchen there are lots of dishes, cutlery, pots pans and glasses. The bathrooms are also setup well with lots of towels and extra necessities. The whole house is clean and comfortable. This home is absolutely welcoming and so easy to get settled into. My family and I were in town to celebrate a birthday and we all loved the home from the moment we stepped into it. The neighbourhood is quiet but people are so friendly. Within walking distance to a nearby Tim Hortons. Back yard is great for a quiet morning coffee and we enjoyed the fireplace on cooler nights. Beds are comfortable and the rooms had ample space for our family of 7. There was a slight water issue but Jing was quick to address and very responsive. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in the future.

The property was in a very accessible location, close to historic Niagara on the Lake, vineyards, restaurants etc. There was ample parking. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we required. The neighbour was quiet. We would stay there again.

We had a great family trip in the region. The house is lovely. Very spacious with lots of room to do activities together but also lots of rooms if you need your space. The kids had fun in the backyard. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The location was great also for when we were heading out for an adventure. Highly recommended!

A very nice surprise to be staying in an area that is central and close to the wineries, downtown & eateries. Very beautiful area.
The owners were very accommodating to our needs when needed [eg. Came over to set up the TV for us to watch the US Open Golf, replaced the defective BBQ within days, brought muffin tins when asked].
The home accommodated three couples comfortably. The home could use a refresh and some updates [eg. Two set of cupboards were unusable [damaged]; cookware needs to be replaced]. Few areas are a bit unsafe [front entrance step not level & the steps leading to backyard — too big of a drop].
Overall, a home well enjoyed by many visitors.
This home is tired ….but has been enjoyed by many!

This house is in a beautiful quiet area within walking distance of the waterfront and downtown. It was perfect for our group of seven girls who were celebrating some milestone birthdays with cycling, wine tasting, and theatre. The house is well cared for and had everything we needed to make our stay complete.

The Maplewood house was perfect for our group of six women who came to cycle the greater Niagara circle route. The house is very spacious, has comfortable beds, and is very clean. The owners were extremely quick to respond to all communication. Location is great as well ( quiet neighborhood, easy to get to with plenty of parking). I would not hesitate to book again!
