This beautiful modern open concept bungalow located in a beautiful old Towne neighbourhood is perfect for couples, families or small groups that want to enjoy being in Old Towne Niagara on the lake, Shaw. The wineries, the beautiful trails for biking and walking and perhaps make a day trip to the Falls and or Casino. Home has a hot tub, fenced yard and deck. Our super nice and cute house is fully renovated with brand new hardwood floors, an open concept kitchen, island, dining area and a rear deck for bbq and a glass of wine. The master bedroom is my favorite and you will love the morning or evening sitting area. Reviews commented on how great it is, the location and super clean. We are committed to quality. We have great reviews and are committed to your A++ stay. Enjoy a short stroll to the village, restaurants, and shops. Also perhaps enjoy a day spa close by, a bike ride golfing, and wine tours. Spotless, roomy, comfortable house in an upscale, very quiet residential neighborhood. Bryan was a great host, supplied lots of extra towels and pillows, and responded quickly to our questions. Location was ideal for us to walk our dog. Fenced back yard was a bonus.

We enjoyed our stay although it’s not exactly walking distance to town which I just took for granted. Water pressure in the second bathroom shower was lacking so all 7 of us were forced to use the master shower.

Clean, bright, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds/linens, inviting open-concept. Bathrooms clean and functional but dated. Beautiful neighbourhood adjacent to olde towne but the property leaves much to desire if you want to spend quality time outside socializing and bbqing. No sun protection to enjoy deck/table and no garden plantings or maintenance. Such a contrast to the obvious effort to provide comfort inside. Some proper wine glasses would also make sense in Niagara on the Lake.

Clean, modern property in a neighborhood lacking charm. It was farther from town than expected. I understood Old Town to be closer to the center, so I was disappointed when it was a 20 minute walk to downtown Niagra-on-the-lake. There was no sponge in the kitchen, and no soap in either shower which was odd. Kitchen was mostly well appointed, though it would be great to add some plastic glasses to bring out to the hot tub!

Celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary here - the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed time in the downtown area as well as a short trip to the falls. Visited the wineries and overall relaxed in the beautiful loop private backyard which accommodated our dog nicely. Would definitely return for another special occasion!

Very nice stay. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean linens and towels. Slightly worn bathroom ( paint scratched prior to our arrival) but overall was fine. We left everything sparkling for next guest.

Bryan has a great property. Decors and amenities were top of the line. Really has thought of everything. Walking distance to all the amazing eateries and historical attractions. Just a few blocks from Queen street. I also would recommend Zoom bike rental a block away next to Tim Horton’s. We rented bikes and road down the river to Winery hop. End to each day was a cocktail in the hot tub. Great big crystal wine glasses to enjoy the fine wines you pick up. Lots of birds frequented the landscape. Beds and linens were very nice. Can’t wait to come back in the summer when it’s warmer.

This is a lovely clean modern house, bryan was a great host and answered my questions within 15 mins. lovely quiet area, everyone i met on the street said hello to me which was nice, close to niagara downtown, will definately stay again.

We enjoyed being at the house. We even brought our pups and they loved playing in the back yard! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we enjoyed our morning walks in it.

We spent time at this property as a family to start the holiday season. It was a beautiful home , very clean and wonderfully decorated including a Christmas Tree in the living room! The house was spacious and had everything you would need. The host kept in contact with us leading up to the stay and the check in process was seamless. The property is an east walk to the Main Street where we saw a Christmas Carol at the Shaw Theatre and close to a pub, variety stores etc. We loved walking through the neighbourhood admiring the lights. Thank you to the hosts for a great week !

Quiet residential neighbourhood within walking distance to old town. A number of restaurants in the area and easy access to both downtown and wineries. Property was very clean, kept up-to-date and had everything we would need.

My friends and I had a great stay here. It's within walking distance of some great restaurants and short drive from the wineries. Check in / check out was super easy and everything was very clean. Highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to take an updated picture of the backyard with the hot tub because we didn't know if it was a typo in the description since it wasn't in the pictures!

We’ve been coming for years to the Shaw Festival and have been wanting to bring our Cavalier King Charles Spaniels with us. Finally! We found our home away from home! Great neighborhood of dog people. My girls LOVED this town and it’s dogs and people and shops. Can’t wait until next year.

Beautiful home, nice neighborhood walking distance from Queen street. Loved that there were no stairs for my mother who doesn’t like lots of stairs. Extremely clean and modern. Also loved that one of the showers was easy to get into with handrails for the elderly. Perfect all around!

Had a great time at this property. Stayed with friends for 1 night. Extremely clean. Felt so comfortable sleeping in the beds as they were comfortable and sheets and duvet clean. Would recommend to get better pillows. Only downfall is that we couldn’t use the hot tub as there was not enough chlorine in it. We did not find the manual until the next day as it was not in the laundry room as we were told. I would most definitely stay here again as it was in a great location, neighbourhood was so nice and again, the rental was so clean and beautiful
