If other short term rental condos had this view, there would be photos displaying it. This is not a stripped down agency run rental. We supply all paper goods: paper towels, bath tissue, Kleenex, air freshener, bath soap, laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets. We even supply body lotion to protect you from the high altitude dry conditions. We are mindful of the restrictions you have to deal with while traveling by air. In the kitchen you'll find dishwasher detergent, liquid detergent, Ziplock bags, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, coffee filters and spices in the cabinets. The kitchen is well stocked, including a blender, crock pot and rice cooker, among other amenities. There are games and books provided, as well as a selection of DVD movies, in addition to the free Amazon Firestick streaming movies and videos. There is a stereo with a variety of music CD's and tapes. And, of course, free WIFI and domestic phone calls. Regarding the cancellation policy: We will refund 100% of your money up to 30 days before arrival. If you have to cancel within 30 days of arrival, let us know as soon as possible, and we will re-post the time frame as available for rent. Any portion of that time frame that does re-rent will be refunded to you. If the time frame you have cancelled does not rent by the date your reservation was to begin, then our policy is to revert to the posted cancellation policy which is 50% refund between 30 days of arrival and 14 days of arrival.
