Situated in Pacific Beach, this lovely condo for $495 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Hosted by Pacific Beach Luxury. Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this stunning 2 bedroom condo has it all for your family beach vacation. In a standalone building. Walk to shops, cafes, restaurants. Large kitchen, spacious living room, central A/C, driveway parking, BBQ and outdoor seating for 6. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear for your little ones! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols. Internet speed is 500 Mbps. The Space: For sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms have queen size beds plus a crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Private outdoor patio with BBQ and seating for 6. Driveway Parking. This spacious condo is perfect for a family of 3-5 or two couples looking for a beach getaway! The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip Keurig coffeemakers, coffee grinder, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal. We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a portable crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and stroller (double stroller upon request). We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests. The Neighborhood: Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer. Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants. There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You won’t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home... just read our reviews!!! Getting Around: Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this house. The location is <5 min to a beautiful family friendly beach. It was also a close walk to a multitude of restaurant. The location is also central and was < 20 min drive to most attractions that we visited in San Diego.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo was beautiful! Property manager was super nice and helpful! And so close to the beach we all walked to the beach, and there is so many shops and restaurants within walking distance! We can’t wait to stay again!

The property was cute, tidy, and very inviting! It was so close to a bunch of favorite spots and the ocean. I highly recommend this location and I would definitely return to this property in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Pacific Beach. It was the perfect location and had the best beach equipment. The backpack chairs were perfect for the short walk to Law St. beach. The condo itself was designed beautifully and was impeccably clean. It has the best mattresses I've ever slept on in a rental. We would definitely considering renting this condo again in the future.

This is a clean, small house that’s about 1,000 sq. feet. It feels more like a condo. It’s located above a three car garage directly behind the main house closest to the street. The best part about this property is that you can walk to the beach within 5 min. and walk to many nice restaurants and shops.
The main downside of this property is it only has one bathroom, as advertised. With 4 adults, only having one bathroom was extremely inconvenient. Most of us ended up using the kitchen sink to get ready each day. If you have 2 adults and 2 kids it would be fine.
Because this house is located behind the main house that is closest to the street, we were able to see and hear the tenants in front of us when they were enjoying their backyard space. The neighbors had about 15-20 family members visit them and had dinner outside. Even though they were only talking in a normal tone of voice, we could hear all of their talking.
You can also see and hear both neighbors to the left of this unit. When both neighbors on the left were enjoying their hot tubs and bbq grills, we could also hear their conversations.
Lots of extras were provided which was very convenient: free wifi and Netflix, beach supplies, a desk and chair, paper towels, bathroom cleaning supplies, plenty of hand soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. We also thought the two pull out IKEA couches were very comfortable and convenient.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would prefer a 2 bath unit next time.

Walk in ready! Super clean, loaded with the essentials and super comfy beds. Grammy, Papa, Mom, Dad and toddler Cam would definitely come back. Perfect essentials all with an easy walk to the beach, shopping and great restaurants.

The apartment is truly set up perfectly for a family with young children…that would be us 20+years ago. Guess what…it’s also wonderful for parents vacationing and visiting their adult children. The location, the space, everything was perfect! We had a full day of rain and both felt comfortable hanging in our space in addition to the ease od getting to places nearby.

Our family ( my wife , daughter 16years age and I) stayed for 6 nights . We had such a wonderful experience . A block away from surfers and beach access and location of this property is close to lot of attractions. We had lot of fun and it was very quiet during nights . Rooms were very clean and they had all the utensils needed to cook dinner and lunch .

Highly recommend for a small family. We really appreciated having all the beach gear and wagon provided for that 1.5 block walk to the beach. Great area for walking around, plenty of street parking (only 1st Wednesday is street cleaning), no noise issues, AC is nice & strong, everything we needed in the kitchen except a baking sheet (for frozen pizzas). We recommend this place and will definitely stay here again when visiting SD.

This house is cute, roomy and close to the beach. This location has street parking as well as a spot right below the house. This house is located upstairs - which might be important to know if you have any disabilities. We really enjoyed our stay here and will rent it again. The host was fabulous!

This was a great family rental for our San Diego spring break trip! The location is an easy walk to the beach, even for our young kids. It's a short drive to SeaWorld, Balboa Park and the Zoo, Old Town, and La Jolla. The owners were very responsive and professional. Highly recommend this property!

Beautifully presented property with more than adequate toys to keep a 21 month old happy! Easy to find and nicely located a short walk from the beach, along which you can amble to a good choice of shops and restaurants/ bars/ amenities.

We were upgraded from our original location to a larger property in the same neighborhood. Great location in a quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach. Great area for families. Townhouse comes with plenty of beach equipment and is close to markets and the library.

Wonderful Stay in San Diego
We had a great time staying at this condo for our honeymoon in San Diego. Check in and check out instructions were very clear and provided all of the details we needed for our stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The beach items supplied at the condo were a big plus. We were within walking distance from the beach and many great restaurants. The neighbourhood felt safe as well. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing family beach getaway
This townhome was perfect for exploring San Diego and enjoying the beach. We really appreciated the beach toys and boogie boards at the property, and the beach was so close even our small child could walk there every evening for a swim.

This was a great place to stay, we stayed over 3 nights, 5min walk to the beach. We had 3 adults and two toddlers, they had everything you need for a beach trip, umbrellas, sunscreen, beach towels, washer/dryer, etc. I would recommend.
