About this apartment rental
Unit 75- | This , 2 bedroom 2 bathroom partial north Gulf view condo is located on the 7th floor of our Grande Tower Building. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach! The views of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo are ideal for watching evening sunsets! Our two bedroom units sleep 6 people max to comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code. The master bedroom is furnished with 2 queen size beds and the guest bedroom has a king sized bed, both bedrooms have a 40" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo The living room is equipped with a 42" flat screen TV with Direct Tv service for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking- pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, Keurig and standard coffeemaker. This condo has been newly tiled throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows the most spectacular views of the night time city lights. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

We were pleasantly surprised to walk into our condo and see such a large and incredible view, as we had expected much less! I agree with the other reviews that say the place could use some cosmetic TLC, but it was very clean, which is most important and we had all of the comfort and amenities we needed. The thing that would definitely bring us back is the best distance to the beach we have had in our 4 years of coming to Siesta Key! The location is nicely settled between the Village and the Captain Curt's end. Another great perk was having a person who handled the beach chairs for us (bringing them to us and putting them away)!

Office staff was very helpful as well as onsite maintenance and security staff. Location was outstanding, beach was beautiful. Our kids loved it, as did we. Only criticism was the smell of our room when we arrived. He reeked of urine. We could not tell where it was coming from. The flooring was pretty rough in areas and it seemed to emanate from the flooring in all rooms. We purchased some air fresheners and soaked the place with Febreze. That helped. We contemplated asking for a different room, but it did improve after 24 hours. I wonder if the room hadn't been opened up in a while.

We’ve visited and stayed in the towers a few times, however this was our first stay in 075. We love the location, as it’s ideal for the beach. The condo itself was just ok. We appreciated the upgrades to the flooring and the beds were comfortable (with the exception of the literal paper thin pillows). Other parts just felt very used and not the quality we’d expect for the price. Two majors were the curtains in the bedrooms were sheer and didn’t even cover the full windows (woke up with the sun everyday), and the second was the rug in the living room. It was so dirty and stained it felt gross to even be near. For the price, I would hope the condo was higher quality. It could be perfect with some replacements and deep cleaning.
