**THIS UNIT NO LONGER HAS CARPET IN ANY ROOM**Unit 33- 2 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium | | Unit 33 is a two bedroom two bathroom sleeps six people maximum. This gulf front condo is in the Grand Tower, located on the third floor directly facing the beautiful white sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is open with a bar seating for two on bar stools, also fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, and built in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and toaster. The living room is furnished with a sofa, love seat and two swivel chairs. The 48 inch flat screen HD television is mounted on the wall for better viewing pleasure. The dining room has a table with seating for six. The master bedroom has 2 full size beds with a 32 inch flat screen television. The master bathroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 39 inch flat screen television. The guest bathroom is also a full bathroom with tub/ shower combination. Tile floors throughout the unit. The private screened balcony has chairs and end table for enjoying the ocean breezes. Protected sea grapes have obscured the views.

Stayed four nights with my daughter, granddaughter, sister and niece for a Mother’s Day getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Great condo right on the beach. It is a beautiful drive into the property lined with palm trees and a clear view of the beach/ocean. Walk out the building and right out to the private beach. The property provides chairs and umbrellas which was so convenient with a toddler. Only trouble was one of the bed sheets were not clean when we arrived. However it was taken care of as soon as the front desk was notified. I do wish the windows facing the beach were designed differently because there was a metal panel right at eye level across the whole picture window when sitting so it blocks the view. Small issue tha did not make our stay any less enjoyable.Great stay! Would rent again for sure!

We really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being right on the beach. The beach view, the complimentary lounge chairs (we made sure to tip the young lady who delivered the chairs each morning), and the condo was perfect for our needs.

Property was very nice! view was great and unit very clean. was just confused as to where we put recycling (but not a deal breaker)we checked in after hrs and they code to get into the bldg. had a bit of a problem as they forgot to put a "0" at the end of the code. BUT security was great & helped us out in getting access.again was a very nice experience!
