Unit 105- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial Gulf Views. | This beautiful two bedroom two bathroom Gulf view condominium is located on the 10th floor of our Tower Building. Views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit, perfect for watching evening sunsets! The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The living room boasts a 50” flat screen smart television with FIOS HD TV service. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, both with granite counter tops. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker and a Keruig coffee machine. The condo has tiles throughout. The patio is incorporated with the living room and has sliding windows that allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

Sunset views from the glass windows of this 10th floor apartment were breathtaking. Beautiful private beach with white fine sand right outside the building. Well kept property in general. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Nice water pressure and temperature in the showers. The powerful a/c saved us from the super hot summer.

The workers at the front desk were so helpful and sweet. This trip was a Girl's Weekend Getaway for 6 of us. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day. I would definitely book this condo again! The location of The Palm Bay Club is ideal. Walk out the door & you are on the gorgeous white sand beach. Chairs & umbrellas are easy to coordinate. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Our stay was magical!

This is the second time staying at Palm Bay, first in the Towers. Condo was a great size and had everything we needed. The window in the master has been taped (maybe from the storm) and caused the wind to howl quite a bit.

We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday at the Palm Bay Club. We used to vacation here as a family growing up. Now I was able to bring my kids here for this special occasion. The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, well equipped and immaculate. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the ocean from the 10th floor. We were able to walk out of the building and be at the beach. We will definitely be back.

Location was amazing in the tower 10th floor. Views of both sunset and sunrise from this condo. Actual condo had everything you need and was pretty clean. Had to get maintenance in to fix the shower drains and then they were fine. Building is older and in need of renovations in the lobby and hallways. Only 1 elevator working which was fine and we didn’t wait too long most of the time but it stunk like vomit inside. Such a great location and we would stay here again.

This is our 4th stay at The Palm Bay Club, but our first time renting a unit in the tower. We always enjoy our time at the PBC. The view from this unit was fabulous. However, there were several things about the towel and Unit 105 that made our stay less than ideal. Only one elevator was working during our stay often resulting in long waits. Pillows were ridiculously thin and beds were all uncomfortable. The master bathroom shower does not drain properly, so you end up standing in 4" of water. WAY too much clutter in the unit; the numerous artificial plants for example are dust magnets and take up a lot of space. The hallway on the 10th floor is in desperate need of cleaning/updating/repairs. Disappointed considering the amount we paid for our stay. We'll be back again, but will choose another unit for sure.

The decor in our condo was beautiful, we really enjoyed the living spaces. It could use a little TLC but nothing that would change your stay. The master bedroom door handle came off one morning but luckily we were staying with others so they let us out the room. One of the elevators was out. I was disappointed because I had read reviews from April that one was out. I thought it should have been repaired by now. The property was beautiful, access to the beach and beach chairs was easy and convenient. We had a wonderful stay overall.

Great Condo on the 10th floor, beautifully appointed, easy access to the most beautiful beach! Beach chairs and lounge chairs are available for free, grill area and picnic tables available also. This resort has good security and close to great restaurants. We could see the sunset from the condo each night.Only gave a 4 on property 's general condition because 1 of the 2 elevators was not working for the entire 2 weeks. Otherwise, fabulous property and stay.

Great apartment with lovely views but nightmare experience when elevators broke down and family member trapped alone I elevator before rescue. Then manager failed to fix and it almost happened again. Finally they closed both elevators and I had to walk up and down 10 floors of steps multiple times. Just horrible

Nice place, furnished in the Tommy Bahama style. 10th floor apartment. Property is located about half way between the 2 small villages and the tower is right on the beach. Great view of the beach. Had a great time.
MESSAGE TO THE OWNERS:property management stated that they called you about our request to stay the afternoon with an additional payment (albeit not the full nights rent. It was vacant for that 1 night, and we offered to pay by the hour for a few extra hours.... Until about 4:00. They stated that they called you and you declined the offer. I hope that they contacted you because if they did not, then you missed out on additional rental money. At any rate, it was vacant that night, and you received NO rental for that evening, when you could have received something.
Checkout was at 10am, and a “late checkout” was at noon for an extra $50. That was not enough time for us as our flight left at 7:30 pm and we had a 2 year old with us. We ended up renting a canopy for the day so the Tropical Beach Rentals for our money instead. It worked out ok, but we just felt like you were not given a the chance to accept our offer. We have a STR on the Texas coast, on the beach as well, and property management would definitely call us regarding a later checkout if that one night was still available. If they did not give you a call regarding our request for a later checkout, then you were not properly represented. Just thought you might
like to know.
