Unit 115- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium with Partial North Gulf Views. | This fully renovated (2018) two bedroom two bathroom condo is located on the eleventh floor of our Tower Building. The amazing gulf views from this unit allow you to enjoy our beautiful sunsets! Possibly sighting a manatee, or the dolphins playing in the surf. Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach and the azure blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with a 32" flat screen TV, and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The living room is equipped with a large 65" wall mounted, flat screen TV with FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. The maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops, all new stainless steel appliances, and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffee maker. The condo is fully tiled throughout. The comfortably furnished screened-in patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

We heard of the Palm Bay Club from a friend who has stayed there twice. We had an amazing time and enjoyed every minute of the condo we rented and the gorgeous beach. I was doubtful that the condo would look like the photos online. However, we were so happy and impressed to open the door and see it looked exactly like the photos, and possibly better. Everything was pretty and clean and had everything we needed. We've been to Hawaii, Mexico, California, Destin, and other places in Florida. This is by far the prettiest beach we've ever seen. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. We have already recommended the Palm Bay Club to a family member hoping to stay in March 2024, and we will definitely retrun!

This is the 3rd time we've returned to the Palm Bay Club and the 2nd time we've stayed in 115. Spacious, beautiful, and clean with stunning sweeping views off the kitchen/dining area. One elevator was down for our visit which made wait times long. On our last day, a family was trapped in an elevator on the 6th floor for an extended time. The office staff handled the situation poorly and showed a lack of concern and urgency. Other than the elevator issue we love the location and the property is maintained very well. We plan to return next year.

We loved the Palm Bay Club and this condo in the tower. We had five adults stay and had plenty of room of all of us! We enjoyed the beach and loved that the resort had a trolley stop right across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time. The penthouse is really nice and clean. The view to the beach is impressive. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment is big and has a lot of storage places. The con is that there is only one elevator working. Thankfully it wasn’t to crowded and did not have to wait a ton for it. A suggestion is to change the sofa and the king bed pillows. Not comfortable at all. Everything else was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely coming back again.

We had a wonderful time but had issues with the unit. The AC did not work for the first 2 days. The maintenance team was very responsive to all my calls but didn’t diagnose the issue until visit 4. The overall unit was showing wear. The pillows need to be replaced at a minimum. They were hard as. a rock and woke up with a stiff neck every morning. There was only one working elevator in the tower which caused delays during full capacity of the building. I would stay at Palm Bay Club again but look for a different unit to rent.

Location was perfect - we enjoyed the view of the gulf! Loved the bayside pool and the availability of beach chairs on the beach. We would love if pickle ball nets on wheels could be added to the tennis courts as most users were playing pickle ball but the tennis nets are too high. The condo unit was clean and well appointed. We booked again for next year!

The condo is lovely and well equipped. We appreciated the beach umbrellas, cooler, bedroom portal fan, kitchen items, and extra linens and towels. Our only negative observations are related to the condo amenities (pool areas) and small nature of the bathrooms, which were nicely upgraded in this unit. The pool near the bay is nicely landscaped and secluded, whereas the larger pool for the other side of the resort is basically in a parking lot near the main road. It reminded me of a motel pool rather than an upscale resort condo pool. And much too far from the majority of the guest accommodations to be really enjoyed. The lack of toiletries and no laundry in unit (pay to use in Bldg) was also a negative in our view.

Inside furniture was comfortable and unit was clean. Super easy access to the beach. Used the pool & hot tub on the bay side - enjoyed both. Only issue we ran into was the poor water pressure on the kitchen sink - seemed like a valve was shut. Bathrooms were fine. We didn't report it since we were only there a few days and could work around it. Overall, a great location and place - we'd stay again!

The owners did an amazing job with the remodel and we were extremely appreciative of the stocked kitchen to not only be able to make Thanksgiving Day dinner but cook in all week with Covid. We opted to eat in to avoid as much contact as we could all week. The facility was clean, easy to spend a day at the beach each day with the beach furniture to grab which was stacked nicely each night, and the front desk staff was super attentive and friendly. We will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future.

Gorgeous views, beautiful updated kitchen and great layout in condo. Sofa super comfy! For improvement ...outfit the screened in porch with nicer furniture, perhaps an outdoor rug and side table. Seems to be pool furniture in there now. Areas like that are where my husband spends most of his time when in a condo and it felt very barebones. New comforters...perhaps fresh white ones? Need highball cocktail glasses for those who like a mixed drink for those fabulous SK sunsets. Just a couple of tweaks and not even very expensive ones would go a long way. BUT overall a great, comfortable condo! We did enjoy our time there very much, Cheers!

Overall the unit was nice and comfortable for our family of 5. The community washer and dryer was right outside our unit and very convenient. The only negative was that we were on the top floor of the tower and only one elevator was in operation. It was during spring break so the wait for an elevator could exceed 15 minutes and the stairs were not an option. The furniture and carpeting also showed some signs of wear and staining.

This is the second year in a row that we have stayed in unit 115! It is the best! The room is spacious, beautifully decorated and in the prime location. Only steps away from the sand! Each time the unit has been impeccably clean and well maintained. The Frog Hopper will pick you up right at the front door of the tower no need to fight finding a parking spot on the Key. We loved SKOB and Sniki Tiki for food and live music. We are already planning on our return trip!
