Unit 81- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautifully renovated two bedroom two bathroom Gulf front condo is located on the 8th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room make it perfect for watching evening sunsets! For your entertainment pleasure, the condominium boasts a high definition Smart TV, book and game library with Netflix access. The master bedroom has a beautiful king size bed with a 42" Flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service. The guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 42" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen Smart TV with Direct TV service and DVR. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, and coffeemaker/Keurig, cooler, beach toys, and a beach umbrella round out the amenities. The condo has tile throughout the entire unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allows you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

More than we could have hoped for! Amazing views from every room, very clean and updated. What a comfortable place to call home for the week. Stepping out right onto the beach and having the option of hopping the frog trolley right back to the door was perfect. So excited to return some day soon!

Absolutely beautiful view and room. Very relaxing and enjoyable. People wrre very nice too. The only thing missing were fans in the room. with being on the 8th floor the room could use some more circulation. It did got warm even with the air. Great time had by all.

The corner unit on the 8 th floor of this location offered a spectacular view from every room of a white sandy beach and the sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico.Furnishings were comfortable and decor pleasing and themed for seaside living.

Condo was very nice. Noise during the day was terrible. Constant jackhammering and pounding in another unit. I really think renters should be aware when this much work is being done near a unit not just a single line in the contract saying construction could be going on May until November. It was terrible. Only other issue was the walk to the swimming pools was terrible.
