Nestled in Siesta Beach, this attractive condo for $375 per night is a great option for your next break. This exceptional GROUND FLOOR condo Y101, is one of the most desirable condos in Sarasota Ssrf & Racqet on Crescent Beach. The Y building is the closest building to the beach and large pool. Excellent views and just steps to the beach, ocean and both pools makes this condo especially desirable. Park at your door, No waiting for elevators, no worry about kids on open upper floor walkways. Siesta Key is very family friendly. Multiple will rent everything you will need for a family with small kids including playpens, cribs, toys, etc... This large, nicely decorated condo is over 1350 square feet with two bedrooms, two baths. Relax on your sofa and watch sports on the new 55" TV. High Definition channels and On Demand are included on this TV. Without moving, you can look out onto the pool, beach, and ocean. Condo has its own modem for better internet connections. The huge master bedroom has a king-size bed, makeup area, large walk-in closet, and master bath. The walk-in closet is the perfect size for a crib, a little person's fort or even a full-size inflatable mattress. The guest bedroom has two queen-sized beds and a bathroom. Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is located on the Gulf Coast of sunny Florida, ideally situated on 13 acres of beachfront property in the center of Siesta Key's Crescent Beach - judged 'The World's Finest and Whitest' beach - on the Gulf of Mexico. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand has a soft, flour-like texture and is cool to the touch. At Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club, you will enjoy our two spacious heated swimming pools. Lynn is a fabulous host. Super helpful, quick to respond to questions and patient with my 1000s of questions. The condo was super comfortable and had all the amenities we could possibly need and then some! The location couldn’t have been better. We were very sad to leave but will definitely be back in the future!

We really enjoyed the condo and the location was the absolute best. The property owner was very attentive however we did not need her. Everything was in good repair. Highly recommend and we will return.

Pros:
Condo was clean, well stocked, & in a great location. VERY easy access to beach right down the hallway. About 30 second walk to get to large deck overlooking beach. We had our coffee here every morning.
Parking was great too. Was able to park in covered parking spot about a 10 second walk to door of condo.
Really didn’t need to pack anything for the beach. Large walk in closet is full of beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, floats, & a beach cart. Just about anything you would need!
Siesta Key beach is incredible for relaxing.
Soft sand, but not deep… so is very easy to walk on.
Beach is not very crowded at all. Water was very calm with almost no waves (kids might not like that too much, but we enjoyed it).
Cons:
We typically prefer an open balcony/patio, but this wasn’t too bad with the windows open. Could still hear the waves.
Bed was a bit too firm for my liking.

Very nice condo conveniently located with all the conveniences of home. Steps from the beach and close to restaurants and shopping. Parking right outside the door. Pictures are accurate and condo is very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels, paper products etc are furnished. Quick response from Lynn (owner) to my dumb questions.

This trip was planned without kids and to just unwind and lay on the beach. We have never been to Siesta Key before, so I did all the research I could before we left on the trip. I reviewed other properties as well as the reviews left be past guests and Lynn and her property were hands down the top winner! There were 2 others that met the 4 of us in Siesta Key and I can honesty say that we were all blown away by the beautiful beach condo. We have never been to such a nice condo where nothing was required of us before we checked out. Everything was so easy, check in, staying there, checking out. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed, which was important because we planned on just being at the beach and cooking most of our meals. The pools on the property were spotless as well. You literally walk right on to the private beach, not even crossing a parking lot. There are lounge chairs for all the guests at this complex, plus all the coolers, toys, wagons, additional chairs that you could want in the master closet of the condo.
We are planning on making this location and condo an annual trip. The other 2 friends that we were with that didn't stay at the condo are planning on going back with their family because the pool and beach are so great for families.

Easy check-in with parking outside the unit. Lyn was friendly and easy to reach if needed but not intrusive in any way. It was nice have paper products, trash bags and cleaning tools available. Plenty of towels (great quality)! The beach items provided were so nice to have. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the living area had plenty of room to relax l. We enjoyed the view from the lanai. We will be back.

The condo was beautiful. Very cozy and clean. Just as the pictures. We did need to evacuate for Idalia for a day. Lynn was super informative and very kind to refund our time lost. I would definitely recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is amazing and the condo is fully stocked with everything you need! I had a few questions before we left and reached out to Lynn and she was very quick to respond! I would 100% recommend staying here. Access to the village is easy using the free ride shuttles or Uber. We also used the pickle-ball courts for a little bit which are beautifully maintained.

Pros: Perfect location on the beach, with umbrella, chairs and cooler bag provided. Facilities offered pickle ball, tennis and pool, as well as beach chairs. Guest bathroom was stylish and clean.
Cons: Beds in guest bedroom need replacement, very large sink hole in center caused back aches in two healthy college kids. Master bathroom (MBA) had mold on wall near shower opening and room smelled like mold; bathroom needs redoing to find source of mold. We kept the door closed and didn’t use this bathroom. Flooring in kitchen and living room was very sandy when we first arrived.

Our family reunion of 75 people and children stay at this beach every two years. The beach is our #1 favorite! Easy checking in! The condo was clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We loved the beach view from the patio.
The condo has easy access to pools and beach.
The laundry room was steps away.

This was an excellent stay at a wonderfully appointed condo! My family enjoyed our stay and the location of the condo is perfect proximity to the pool with also a view of the gulf from the living room. The condo had all the essentials and was stocked with beach chairs, toys, basic kitchen items, and full size soaps. The beds were super comfortable and the condo complex was quiet even though it was full. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Recently returned from a stay at Lynn’s condo. This was our first time in Siesta Key.The condo was fantastic. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for our family of five. The location and view from the condo could not have been better! Lynn had everything we could possibly need. Coolers, chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, plenty of beach towels, there wasn't a thing she missed! We used Siesta Seaside Services to set up umbrellas/chairs. They have a hut right as you hit the sand. They will have umbrella set up for you and bring chairs when you come to the beach. We could have saved a couple hundred using what was provided (we’re on vacation and we were being lazy)! On top of all the beach gear Lynn supplied, she also had everything else that you would need. Most condo’s we’ve stayed in only give you enough things to get by for a few days. Lynn had plenty of dish soap, toilet paper, hand soap and even had a pantry with coffee filters, salt/pepper and other things you may need. The only thing we had to get besides our groceries were paper towels and paper plates.
The beach was beautiful, and one of the wider beaches we’ve been on. Plenty of room for kids to play games and spread out. The boys also loved the tennis courts. We met Lynn as we were leaving and wished we had more time to chat with her. She is one of the sweetest ppl we’ve ever met and if we make it back to Siesta Key we will book here again without hesitation!

We have stayed on Siesta Key for many years. This was the first year we have stayed at this condo, and it was by far the best. Our son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren were also able to spend time with us. the condo was clean, equipped with "beach toys", and was the perfect location. We have no complaints or issues of any kind. Thanks Lynn !

The host was rude on several occasions. When the dishwasher broke, WE had to ask her to do the dishes or get a new one. The entire condo needs updated and it was filthy. When we asked about the filth on the ledges of the windows, we were told "they belong to the association" and were not cleaned. The host told us a cleaning lady would be in after the first of our two-week stay; all she did was change the sheets and nothing else...and then the cleaning lady asked US if we were going to pay her -- and we had to call the host! We could go on and on but in short, we LEFT 4 DAYS early. Until this condo is updated, CLEANED thoroughly, and the owner has better manners, we DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! Finally, she had the gall to ask us if we had ever stayed at a condo/rental/VRBO before -- which we have many, many times but this is the very first we have been so upset that we chose to write this negative review. BEWARE my friends. The value for the rate IS NOT THERE!!!

Toys for the kids to play with on the beach, multiple coolers to take out on the beach, lots of beach towels and towels for the bathrooms, and the kitchen is also stocked. It is very spacious and bright, there is nothing to not love. We also took advantage of the washing machine and dryer that is right outside the condo door as Lynn left a laundry card for us for the week. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed every minute!

We had such a wonderful time at one of our favorite places on earth. Just as described, Lynn’s condo was SO WELL STOCKED. We so appreciated the multiple regular and beach towels and beach accoutrements (anything you could want or need and more), the pantry essentials, availability of a laundry card, and the cute condo. The Y building is a fantastic (the best) location. I and/or family members loved the property amenities including lovely patio (check out live music provided on Tuesdays), tennis, and wonderful day beach canopy rental provider just off the patio at the beach entrance. The condo was clean and check in process was so easy. We loved being about halfway between both ends of the beach so biking was easy…. Thank you Lynn for allowing us access to this gem.

This is a perfect location with easy on beach access. We loved the pool with beach views. The condo was nicely appointed on the first floor with easy access to our vehicle and laundry. The location was a short distance from the village and we were able to safely park our own bicycles. This is a do again location to stay for us!!!

Everyday was perfect. The beach was perfections. The only down side that we had no control of nor advised of was the Red Tide. The kids couldn't experience the gulf but that didn't stop us from playing on the beach and swimming in the pool.

LOVE THIS PLACE AND RESORT. Been coming to SSRC for 50 years. 1st time in this unit because you are closer to the beach. Stove and toaster are a bit finicky with heat but work fine. Thanks for the towels, beach cooler, and beach chairs. We will use you again

Lynn (the owner) was absolutely amazing and even drove us into the village personally before we had a golf cart, which was greatly appreciated! Lynn has her rental very well stocked with extra chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, coolers, TONS OF TOWELS, all the starter items you need like TP, paper towels, soap etc. and enough kitchen necessities that made cooking a Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Probably more resort specific than our particular rental unit, but for planning purposes…. the hot water does run out quickly so be sure to not take extremely long showers if you have a large group. I recommend Zoomaround Gold Carts for golf cart rental, they even deliver and pick up your golf cart (be sure to get gas powered since there is no where to charge electric). They also provide high quality carts to compared other competitors. Highly recommend Summer House and Ophelia’s on the Bay for fine dining restaurants or a special dinner out. Would definitely stay in this unit again and give it five stars!!!

The only drawbacks were already mentioned and Lynn responded to. The shower in the master had mildew and was so dark I had to use the hall bath. The kitchen is in need of updating. I read that the owner is updating both of these over the winter months so I have already booked again for next fall.
