About this apartment rental
This two bedroom two bathroom gulf front condo is located on the sixth floor of our Grand Tower Building. The amazing views from the condominium are ideal for watching the sunsets! Because of its location, it is a short stroll to our white quartz beach. This beautifully decorated condominium is perfect for a Siesta Key vacation. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two full size beds, which both bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The living room is equipped with a 39" flat screen TV with Direct TV service. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The open plan kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and an abundance of cabinets. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker and a Keurig coffee machine. The condo has tile in the common area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The comfortably furnished open patio allows you to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
Please Note: Payments will be automatically taken on the date they are due with the credit card given at the time of booking. Changing units is considered a cancellation and all cancellation policies apply.
We require a rental contract is signed in the first 24hours after creating a reservation, A $200 cancellation fee will apply to all reservations canceled. If canceled 31 days or more to the scheduled arrival date, funds will be refunded fully minus the $200 fee. canceled within 30 days of arrival date funds of 50% will be refunded minus the $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled on the day of arrival or a no-show, all monies will be lost.

Check in desk was fast and efficient. The condo was exceptional probably worth 1.5 Million. Great Sunsets and convenient restaurants. The Beach is groomed daily with readily available Umbrella's and chairs. Many units in this complex are enclosing the balcony with glass, I was happy to hear that this end unit will remain open to fresh air and ocean sounds.

The condo itself is very nice, views INCREDIBLE! The property itself needs an update. There were 6 of us. 1 guest fell walking into the tower as the sand was under the matsand the mats slid. A gentlemen who stays there yearly shared that it happens a lot. He was kind and offered his assistance. On the last evening another guest fell walking up the steps, SAND everywhere. Another guest shared that his wife fell as well. When we went to management, they told us they were aware and there was nothing they could do. My suggestion to VRBO owners is to mwntion that they do NOT maintain the steps and grounds. Gra ted ots a beach, but they did not clear sand the 4 days we were there. Again, unit view beautiful!
