It was mostly as described though smaller than i had thought. The mirrored wall makes the family room look larger than it is. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets that we washed prior to use. Possibly due to a previous tenant putting them away like that or perhaps dusty from non use. We had Spectrum issues and the owner was responsive to getting the problem addressed quickly. The view from the balcony is wonderful! All in all, we had a very nice and restful vacation, which was just what we needed. We would stay here again.

The rental is exactly as described and the location couldn't be better for walking to any of the nearby stores or restaurants. With this condo being located on the barrier islands you have the water and boat dock for fishing in the back in addition to the gulf side. The sunsets and sunrises are emaculate. The condo has a beautiful view and most importantly is conveniently not by the pool. You dont need to bring anything except some clothes because everything is pretty much stocked as far as beach items, cooler , beach umbrellas etc. and of course anything you need to cook. Oven and applainces were nice. No complaints at all and the owner was very responsive and understanding of the hurricane that could have potentially threatened our stay. It all worked out in the end and it was a wonderful stay. Remember
to leave it as you found it and sit back and enjoy a week in absolute peaceful serenity.

I feel like for the price we pay for a cleaning fee, it should have been cleaner.
The dishes (cups, silverware, bowls and some pots and pans) were covered in food.
The towels smelled like they hadn’t even been washed before we got there.
Besides that, it was amazing and the location and place was awesome. The place was very nice, just certain things were dirty.

We loved everything about our stay. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we had wonderful time. The direct view of the gulf was amazing. Beautiful sunsets. I loved the fact that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Dish soap, salt, pepper, garbage bags, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, towels and all utensils we needed. As well as hand soaps, laundry detergent, toilet paper. We also had plenty of beach towels, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, etc. It was so nice to just come in and start enjoying the beach, pool and sun. We were close to a great ice cream shop and coffee shop. Both of which we visited daily. Restaurants and live music within walking distance. Pool and beach and property were well kept up. I would come back here again next year if it is open.

Totally loved our stay at the Happy Fiddler! Condo was great and very well stocked. Could not have had a better view! Pool temp was perfect. The location was excellent with numerous great restaurants to choose from. Hope to return in the future.

The condo at the Happy Fiddler 219 was very clean and the owner provided beach chairs and floats. Also the view from the balcony was spectacular ! We enjoyed out stay and hope to return in the future.

Perfect beachfront gateway that supported and complemented a marvelous and relaxing vacation for our family.
The location is simply awesome that are steps away from the sugary white sands of the gulf coast with clear waters. We really liked the laid-back vibe of the surrounding community that never felt crowded. Easy walking access to several restaurants and local stores.
The property was adequately stocked with all the amenities including beach gear that came in handy. We also liked the pool associated to the property that was never busy.
Really appreciate the very specific and detailed instructions provided by the property manager that helped in ensuring that nothing interfered with us having a simply great time. Thanks.

The pool, which is heated to a very nice temperature, was spotless as well. The area in which the condo is located had some nice restaurants, bakeries and ice cream shops, within walking distance. Clearwater was a quick drive up Gulf Blvd and St. Pete Beach was a quick drive down Gulf Blvd. Both were very nice, but nothing like Indian Rocks. John's Pass Boardwalk area had great shopping and our favorite restaurant, Caddy's(the grouper bites are a MUST). We loved every second of our stay and can not wait to return to Indian Rocks Beach.

This was a wonderful property 5-10 mins. walking distance to a small commercial district. Drives to Clearwater and Treasure Island/St. Pete Beach were also convenient.
The actual condo was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were a little outdated. The view of the gulf was wonderful. The pool was perfectly maintained. The chairs, umbrella, boogie and skim boards in the guest bedroom closet were a great surprise.
The host was prompt with communications. The condo managers were very nice people. We'd visit again!

The property is well maintained and the pool is great. You can’t get any closer to the ocean. All of the furniture and appliances were high end although somewhat dated. It was very clean. Overall a great experience.
