Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $225 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Beachfront Condo, 3 BR, 2 BA (Sleeps 9 including queen sleeper sofa) This beautifully decorated condo at Regency Towers Resort is perfect for your family or group. With 540 feet of sugar white beach and emerald green waters, Regency Towers is located directly on the beach at the east end of Thomas Drive. The resort has two beautiful, huge, beachside pools (one heated seasonally) plus a large kiddie wading pool, corn hole, exercise rooms and more. Here you will experience a wonderful family vacation with tons of sun, beach, and fun. My condo is one of the largest 3 bedrooms on the beach with 1350 square feet and is located on the 3rd floor at Regency Towers in the east tower. I pride myself on keeping our condo updated and fresh. My deluxe three bedroom condo has a living room large enough for your whole family. Equipped with flat screen smart TV with basic cable and DVD player; it will be easy to relax after a fun-filled day on the beach. With a well-equipped large kitchen, ample room in the dining room and extra seating at the breakfast bar, dinner will be relaxing and entertaining. The balcony, with beautiful views of the beach, is tiled; the upper half is glassed in and the lower half consists of sliding glass doors that can be closed to make a cozy sunroom during cooler weather and a ceiling fan. It opens to both the living room and master bedroom. The unit can sleep up to 7-9 adult guests comfortably. Master bedroom: king bed Second bedroom: full and twin beds Third bedroom: queen bed Living room: queen sleeper sofa In addition, there is a Pack 'n' Play in the Master closet, along with a feeding chair to attach to a dining room chair. Each bedroom has a smart TV with basic service and two have DVD players. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. With two full bathrooms; there is plenty of room for your whole family. There is complex-wide WiFi. The condo is located near smaller condos and houses so you have more of the beach to yourself, but it’s also located close to shops, restaurants, entertainment, grocery stores, and parks. There is a seasonal snack shop by the pools with food and drinks (alcoholic and non) and plenty of chairs around the pools. There are also chairs and umbrellas for rent on the beach (early March to late October). I will start you off with a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. There is a store with groceries and general merchandise and a liquor store right across the street from the complex. Larger grocery stores and Walmart are a short drive away. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Renters age 21-25 are considered, with additional rental charge and deposit as well as damage insurance. If you are under 26, DO NOT USE INSTANT BOOKING. Instead, get in touch with the owner for consideration of your request. The resort requires a $40 total amenities and parking fee for each unit upon arrival. This includes wristbands for your entire party and parking for one car. Up to two additional parking passes may be purchased or $15 each. (This is not included in the quote). You are not charged a damage fee up front. VRBO will keep your card on file in the unlikely event any damages may occur.

This was our first Christmas with our family away from home. Our wek's stay was wonderful, Everyone commented on the spaciousness, the modern upgrades and the beautiful decor! We enjoyed our walks on the beach and the heated pool! We thank God for sunny days in December with swims in the heated pool! We all came home with suntans! Clean and well equipped for fixing meals. We all liked the area and found people very friendly. Staff so accommodating, Special thanks to the owner!

This an older condominum, so expect some wear and tear, but all in all a nice place. The pools and Tiki bar are great.

This unit is well maintained but the building is older and some maintenance issues were reported. However, any issue reported to Melodie was addressed and resolved the same day or next morning by maintenance. Overall, we had a great stay and fun at the beach :)

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The view was great from the balcony. We enjoyed the outdoor grills and downstairs restaurant. It was clean and spacious for 6. The only negative was the parking and elevators. It was very crowded the week of July 4th.

The view from the condo is wonderful. I do not like that the balcony is enclosed. It needs a good deep cleaning and new furniture. Great location and steps from the ocean! Love the karaoke nights . My family and I enjoyed our week here.

We've been coming to Regency Towers for our family vacation for almost 30 years. We love the pools, Bikini Bob's, and the beach. RT is an older condominium, but has been updated over the years and a great place to stay. There are scheduled activities during the week too. Our condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful week. The owner was easy to work with.

Nice quiet property. Loved the pools and restaurant on site. Close to the marina for renting a pontoon for the day and restaurants are close by! Condo was spacious and well stocked. Would love to stay again!

Very nice and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Our stay was in December and it was nice to go from the freezing ocean water to the heated pool. and then to a warm bath.

Everything was great, it was easy to access. I really liked the closed in balcony since i have a little one. It was more room than we needed this trip but it was nice to have. This was our first time staying here, but we will definitely book again for our next trip down.

The location is great! The condo was VERY outdated. It was surface level clean but looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The internet/tv was in and out the whole week we were there (the host did contact us about it) and our AC was out for a day. Having small kids made these things VERY inconvenient. The host offered a $35 refund which was a joke for the amount this thing cost. The tiki restaurant was hit or miss on being open and out of things so that was also frustrating. We also had the condo next door and it was very unclean. I would definitely stay at this resort again but not these particular condos.

We had a great time on this trip. All we wanted was some beach time and some pool time. We got it, and it was so nice. Enjoyed the kareoke there on the premises. Nice touch. The tiki bar was a nice touch as well. Would visit here again.
