My family stayed here for a long weekend. The home was just as advertised and very clean. We loved the proximity to the beach and to Newport. My kids also enjoyed the large outdoor deck and yard. Would love to stay here again!

Our family of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. Very clean house equipped with everything we needed. Great location with a great yard and outside space. Close to beaches, Cliff Walk and short drive to lovely downtown Newport. Definitely recommend. We would stay at this property again.

We had a great little vacation in Newport and this house was a big reason. Lots of space accommodating my adult children and up to my mother in law. Great layout and property. Fun night with the fire pit one night, games out on the deck, and some good meals along the way. Very clean. Had everything you’d need. Pam was a great communicator and very helpful along the booking process. Recommend!

It was so lovely to have our family all together in such a wonderful setting! We also had a wedding brunch the morning after and the house was so comfortable and well-appointed. Pam was helpful beyond our expectations and quickly responded to any questions we had. We would love to go again to enjoy all that Middletown has to offer and this home would be our first choice!

A wonderful house in a great location to explore Newport and the surrounding area. The house was spacious yet cozy and was very well-equipped. Pam was a great host. I highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our first stay so much we brought our family back again to stay again! As before, a wonderful family home. Fully stocked with amenities and entertainment so all you have to do is unpack! Pamela was proactive in communications leading up to our visit to ensure everything went smoothly. Having visited previously in the spring, this visit was for December. We thoroughly enjoyed Newport in the winter. Less crowded. Mansions decorated for the holidays and quiet walks on the beach and nearby wildlife sanctuary. On top of this, the home was great for a family celebration. We prepared and hosted holiday dinner, games and movies in the evening, all with a central location to 2nd beach, and downtown Newport!

This was the absolute perfect place to spend the weekend getting ready for my sons wedding @ St Mary’s Church & Castle Hill. Pam was so gracious and flexible to allow us to extent our stay. The house was just perfect in every way!

My group could not have asked for a better house in the Newport area - big house that feels bigger than it lists at, with a fantastic yard and deck setup outside. Clean and charming. Owner is fantastic and very responsive to any questions/concerns. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the Newport area!

We stayed for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect for our family. Pamela was very responsive and helpful and made sure we would have a nice weekend. We were close to both downtown Newport as well as the beaches. Our kids loved watching the surfers at the beach and we were close to the start of the Cliff Walk. The house was very clean and spacious and the kids loved playing in the yard. We are looking to book another stay for next summer!

It was the perfect place to host a wedding weekend space. The host was amazing!

The covered patio with picnic table was used for every meal, rain or shine or fog!

This is the ideal spot from which to stage a Newport visit. Easton’s Point had everything covered for our family of four, from spacious bedrooms to a well-appointed kitchen to a wonderful yard, outdoor shower and patio space for indoor and outdoor relaxation. Perfectly located in a very quiet neighborhood in Middletown, you’ll be a three-minute drive or ten-minute walk to Second Beach, a ten-minute drive to anywhere in Newport, and only 15-20 minutes to the furthest reaches of Brenton Point and Castle Hill Inn. Pam is the consummate host, attend and responsive to any and all needs. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend the property highly enough!

We had never vacationed in this area before. Our multigenerational family had a wonderful time at the house, touring Newport and the surroundings. The house was immaculate and well furnished, offering a fantastic deck, outdoor dining table, large and generous back yard, and fire pit. We all had fun playing croquet and baseball during the day and gathering for dinner there later. The nearby beach was beautiful and beach towels and chairs were provided. We hope to return to this ocean paradise soon!

Another wonderful stay with lots of room for family visiting. We especially appreciate the yard which had a hammock and lots of space for games. With the heat this year, we also ate outside on the deck every evening which was delightful. Our days were spent at Sachuest Beach nearby and also walking at Sachuest Point and the Norman Bird Sanctuary. We will be back next year!

This was our 3rd year renting this home and once again it was a great vacation with all the comforts of home! The house is close to two beaches and 10 minutes to downtown Newport. Would love to come back again next summer if a cancellation opens up.

This was our second visit to Easton’s Point and we plan to return again in the future. The property is located in a lovely/quiet neighborhood where we would take walks in the morning before heading to the beach. We particularly loved the expansive, nicely manicured outdoor areas (including a very large yard, multiple decks, hammock, tree swing, fire pit and grill areas) where our children spent hours playing while the adults relaxed on the deck. Indoors, the home had plenty of space for our family and the property was very clean and well maintained. Smooth check-in/check-out experience as well. All in all this is was wonderful vacation experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. Everything is as advertised. The house accommodated us all very comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc and the front deck is amazing for entertaining and relaxing. Pam was super responsive and helpful with suggestions about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were getting married at The Bohlin in Newport and stayed at this house with a few members of the bridal party and our dog, Freddy. It was a wonderful house! We were able to have a small gathering for the bridal party and immediate family on Friday afternoon with plenty of room outside and inside. Also had hair and makeup done at the house and took photos before heading to other locations. Didn’t feel crowded at all. The yard is huge and mostly fenced in which was perfect for our dog. Very clean, comfortable rooms, and lots of amenities/things for us to use. Quiet street. Walking distance to Second Beach. Pam is a wonderful host - very responsive and available, but also didn’t make her presence known during our stay like I have experienced with past rentals. Would definitely recommend to groups/families and would stay here again if available!

Stayed at this home with our family for New Years Eve. The property is beautiful and perfect if you are traveling with a dog. House is a short walk from the beach and other scenic cliff views. Also only a few short minute drive from downtown Newport. The house was clean and the check in / check out process was seamless. Highly recommend this rental property.

This was a fantastic property for our gathering of five friends. Spacious, still cozy. Lots of outdoor space. The location cannot be beat. It's a secluded enclave on Easton's Point. There are two water access points within minutes walking. The beach is maybe a 15 minute walk away, a 3 minute car ride. It's a 7 minute drive to downtown Newport. Pam was incredibly kind and accommodating. Would not hesitate to return in a second! Perfect spot for exploring Newport and the surrounding area.

What a great place to stay for 2 weeks with our adult family of 5. There was plenty of room, amenities were plenty, communication from Pam was excellent. Can’t wait to come back!
