Sunset Landing is a newly built 6 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom vacation home sitting West of Gulf Dr. that sleeps 12 and is the perfect spot to gather 2 or 3 families together for a memorable beach vacation! The beach vacation home is professionally decorated and has it all! Granite counters, travertine tile, fine fixtures, and fantastic beach-style furniture and decorations make this luxury vacation rental the perfect spot for family and friends. There are flat screen HD TV's in every room, wireless high-speed internet for staying connected, bikes and a complement of beach amenities for your fun family day at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the amenities of home. Bath and beach towels are provided along with bed linens and pillows, and there's a washer and dryer on the main level as well in case you need to wash those swimsuits mid-week. We are proud to include a professional linen service to enhance your upscale vacation experience. This luxury amenity provides plenty of freshly laundered, high quality linens that are in place and ready for your use upon your arrival. Our high-quality linens are professionally laundered in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology. This house is perfectly located West of Gulf Dr, and it's an easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Also, being located in the center of the island makes it so easy to get to shops, restaurants, bars and activities. Publix, CVS and the Manatee Bridge to get on and off the island are all less than a mile away as well! Plus, the free trolley stop is practically right in front of the house to take you anywhere on the island! The private heated pool is West facing and enjoys lots of sunshine. There is recently updated covered lanai with ceiling fans, bar, TV and new high end lounge chairs and a patio dining set with seating for 8 located just off the pool. A stainless steel grill makes it a fabulous place to BBQ and enjoy fun in the sun. Cook up that fresh fish from your exciting fishing adventure - you can't get more fresh than that! The beach house has 6 bedrooms - 4 with king beds, one with a queen bed and the 6th one has 2 sets of twin bunks. For kid AND adult entertainment, the home also features a cool, old-style stand up video arcade game with over 200 games, including Galaga, Ms Pac Man, Pac Man, Donkey Kong and many more! If foosball is your game, then slip down to the poolside lanai for a quick game of foosball. This home has PLENTY of room for everyone to sleep comfortably in the 9 beds plus pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a lot of room for everyone to spread out to have their own space too. The living room has 2 couches, benches and chairs, and the kitchen has a large table with breakfast bar seating as well. Had a wonderful 10 days at this property with 3 generations of our family! The house has great amenities for all ages with lots of pool toys and beach gear to enhance our stay. Proximity to the beach was great and we took full advantage of the free trolley that stopped right outside the house to explore the island. The home was spotless when we arrived with fresh paint and some new appliances. Everything was in good working order and we had no problems with anything throughout our stay. Jim kindly recommended some great restaurants which we took full advantage of. Great island and great house…definitely 5 star!!

We had a very enjoyable week at this property. The property is comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen items, beach comforts, and games. Jim was very responsive when questions / issues arose. The kids loved splashing around in the heated pool and it was an easy walk to the beach.

We did not want for anything during our week long stay.
The kitchen is fully stocked and more and the stand up showers were incredible (lots of hot water too). Laundry in the house was key with 3 children.
The location was perfect. SO close to the beach, near the Island Trolley stops and in the middle of the island. The house is on a busy road but we never noticed it unless we went out front to leave.
Groceries, liquor, and pharmacy around the corner were also an asset.
The pool area was amazing with ample toys, chairs and towels.
I highly recommend this home.
One note would be there are a lot of stairs - keep in mind if you’re booking with littles or older folks which may find them difficult.

The house was beautiful ! Everything was as listed in house description . We had plenty of space for 7 adults 3 children . The owner sent a message making sure we made it into the house okay which I thought was very nice .

Our family celebrated our mothers life and her final resting place at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
The house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the restaurants nearby. The nearby Island Hoppers boat and dolphin tour with captain Bob was really fun!
We all agreed we want to make this a yearly tradition at Sunset Landing! Thank you, Jim for working with us and getting back to us with answers when needed! Great Service!

Our 3-generation family stay at Sunset Landing was absolutely wonderful! The place was lovely and plenty spacious for the 9 of us who stayed, including three small children. The pool was the perfect hangout spot and the walk to the beach was very quick and easy with the two wagons provided. There was also countless other beach amenities, as well as booster seats and pack and plays for the kids to make traveling easy on our end. I was slightly nervous to stay off the main road and walk to the beach with young kids and no sidewalk, but it was no problem at all, you quickly popped on the adjacent street with no traffic and we felt safe every time. Jim had wonderful communication before and during the trip. We would stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a great getaway on AMI! Thanks for the memories!!

The pool was a hit with everyone- it was a great way to spend the evening after the beach! We loved that the home had 6 bikes, sand and pool toys, chairs, coolers and beach carts. The convenience of not having to pack or rent these items was a life saver. The home was a quick 2 blocks from the gorgeous beach- which had hardly anyone on this particular stretch. Everyone commented on the thoughtful decor, and super comfy beds! The house was spotless upon our arrival, and very well maintained. Highly recommend booking this home

House was exactly as described and host was very responsive. We had family from 0 to 60+ staying with us and there was something for everyone. House was well stocked, walk to the beach was about 5 minutes, and the trolley allowed easy access to the island. Beach was not crowded and the water was crystal clear. Will definitely be coming back to this house and AMI next time we are in the area.

The house was very clean and beautifully decorated! We had plenty of room to move around in the house. The pool area was a oasis with all the palm trees that also added privacy. The owner was quick to answer any questions etc. We would definitely rent the house again

This place had everything you could possibly need. Coolers, chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon, bikes and helmets. We had a great time. It’s a little tricky pulling out onto the main road but we had golf carts so a little easier for us. It’s a walk down the street to the beach if someone has difficulty walking but the access is right at the end. Only desire would be more fridge space for drinks ( maybe a fridge downstairs by the pool) or an extra ice maker/freezer for all those bags of ice. The large showers are great but the water pressure out of the new shower heads isn’t all that great but gets the job done.
Jim made the checkin and out easy and we enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have any issues the entire stay!

The location was great, we could walk to the beach and it was a short drive to the store. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there were NO extra amenities at all. I have stayed at multiple rentals and they all included everyday spices, oils, garbage bags, soaps, TP, etc. Also, we stayed for a week and the only “dressers” were small nightstands with a couple drawers. So we still lived out of the suitcase for a week.

We had an excellent stay at this location! The house was a perfect size for our family of 12. Jim was very responsive to our questions before and during our stay. We’re looking forward to our next visit to Anna Maria Island.

This house was in a great location and had plenty of room to suit everybody that was with. The beach was only two blocks away and plenty of bars and shops were within walking distance, along with having the trolley only a few hundred feet away. Jim was great at communicating the whole time and the house has plenty of accommodations. There were a couple things with the house that were showing wear and tear but it’s expected with a rental, and Jim was very aware and attentive to those issues. Would definitely stay again!

The house has a great set up, as well as a perfect location, that being said the house is in need of a major deep clean and maintenance. Walls were beat up, doors were filthy, walls need painting. Our feet were black after walking across the floor and a rag was also black after washing the kitchen table. For the amount of money I would expect a spotless home. Jim, the host was very easy to deal with, and was very responsive, but needs to maintain the property better.

Would recommend this house. Plenty of room for our family of 11. The trolley system was great. Lots of shopping and great restaurants on the island. Owner Jim was fantastic and very easy to get in touch with.

Out daughter got married on Holmes beach. This house location was great it was only a few blocks away. That allowed her to get ready at the house and walk down no problem. The house needs some maintenance but overall very nice. Great for multiple couples!

We had a great time staying at Sunset Landing. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the table by the pool was wonderful to eat family meals. Jim was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had an issue. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach, then nice to come back and spend time in the pool. Our children used the bikes to explore the island and the location was easy to jump on the trolley. We love AMI!

Nice house and pool but on main drag
Renting the property was easy and communication with the owner was great. The major drawback was being on the main road and getting in an out of the property was difficult at times. There was a short walk to the beach and it was not crowded. The house had many amenities and fit our party comfortably, but another seating area in the living room would have been nice.

Perfect Accommodations
Our family of 7 adults and 5 kids, ages 3-10, enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room, enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to the beach! We even got to enjoy ripe mangoes from the tree out front. Excellent communication with the owner!

Winter get away
Great place to bring a group of all ages together under one roof while being comfortable and have fun at the house or nearby beach. Lots of fun things to see and do nearby too. Owner was also great to work with from start to finish.

House was great - weather not so much!
We can’t penalize Summers Landing for the weather but it was good the house worked so well because we had to spend more time in it than we would have liked! It was clean and had a lot of space for our party of 9. Jim was responsive. It had a pool, which was rated very highly by our three youngest vacationers. We would definitely stay here again!
