Located in Holmes Beach, this charming house for $999 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 401 42nd Street Holmes Beach, FL 34217 VRC17-000010 Book with confidence: You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less 3rd party travel insurance fees, if applicable. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable. Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice. For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. This home is ideally located just down the street from the white sand beaches, restaurants and shops. After a day of fun in the sun relax by the salt water heated pool in your own backyard oasis. This house has every luxury you could want, Flat screen TV's, stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood floors, granite counter tops, free phone/cable/wireless Internet. Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico. “You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property” Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to [email protected] as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations. We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide those for you. Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways. No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you? Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties.

This home is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and well stocked. We had 10 of us for the week of Thanksgiving and it was perfect. 3 families in all and there was plenty of room for all of us. We even hosted and had more guests for Thanksgiving dinner.
It’s a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to everything you could need.
We would definitely return to this property when coming back to the area. Also the owners were very quick to respond to any communication!

My family enjoyed our long weekend gathering for my grandson's third birthday. The rooms were spacious each equipped with it's own bathroom. That in itself made life much easier. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. I really enjoyed the basketball hoops to challenge myself with my older grandsons. We made great memories and will book again should we decide to stay at that location in the future.

Our scale is absolutely amazing the only thing that I would want next time is a bathroom downstairs in the Is pool area.... I am 70 years old with a broken back injury and it was very hard to keep one up-and-down the steps for the restroom other than that it Was delightful

This house was as listed, with no disappointments. The property manager was quick to respond, and extremely helpful. The maintenance tech was also very kind and knowledgeable. We had a large (13 ppl) group and there was plenty of space for all. The house is on a quiet street close to all the necessities, and within a short walk to the beach. The only downside is that the only way in/out of the garage is by going outside, which can be unpleasant when its raining.

This property was awesome with comfy mattresses and a private full bathroom for every bedroom. The pool and hot tub area was terrific too. The location across the street from the beach was awesome too. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating was the pool lights were burnt out and apparently never replaced. There was also an entire glass shower door missing in one of the bathrooms so water would go everywhere when it was used. Other than those fixable issues, this place is amazing!

The house was large enough for all the couples to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was small but the beach was close. Everyone used the hot tub. So happy we all had a good time.

We had a great weekend! The house is big, spacious and very comfortable! It is a couple of minutes walking distance to the beach! The neighborhood is so pretty! We had everything we needed! Many fun activities for kids!! Will stay again!! Fully recommend!!

A few items for safety precautions: handrail in swimming pool; grab bars in showers and tubs; main level deck balcony rail is loose; interior stairs at diagonal landing should have a caution strip.

A great place in a great location
This is a great property. It is updated with each room and bathroom new and modern. The location is fantastic and is in walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The community is friendly and is fun to be outside, walking, and enjoying the florida sun.

Maybe it's just me. Some people would probably think this place is just really nice. The pool is Tiny. The hot tub is old and small. The location is close to the beach, but it's the most populated portion of the beach and really congested. For the $ it's not worth it to me. You can spend some more and go further down the beach, be closer with less people on the beach.The area of the beach your close to is like swimming with 25 people in a Motel 8 pool, crowded, and annoying! To me it was like low end part of Anna Marie Island. But this is just my opinion. I will go back to Anna, but not stay in this area. You are close to Publix, CVS and other stores which is a plus. Your also right on top of your neighbor, that actually has a nicer pool and hot tub that you get to look at as you walk down the stairs to your pool. This place is not awful by any means but certainly doesn't have the WOW factor. My wife picked out 3. This one for was the lowest of the 3. I got what I paid for. My bad.

Great house and location
The house was everything we expected, and then some. Plenty of room for 11 adults. The pool and outdoor space was perfect when you wanted a break from the beach, which was no more than a 5 min walk away. We also used a residential access which was less crowded than the public access. The house came with everything you need for the week and then some. Plenty of pots, pans, etc. as well as cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself. Owner was very nice and accommodating! It was our first time to AMI and we can’t wait to visit again.

What a great house! The backyard is just a paradise with the pool, tiki hut and bar! The bedrooms are all very nice and it is fantastic having so many bathrooms.

Perfect location and clean
Overall it was a very nice and clean place. You can tell the owner puts a lot of work to keep it nice and updated. There were lots of things for us to use for the beach and to cook. The reason for 4 starts and not 5 is because a few things were odd..two of the showers were missing the second half of the door which was not a big deal. The WiFi connection wasn’t the best but still decent. The biggest complaint has nothing to do with the owner or property. It has to do with the management company that handles renting out the property (not VRBO but working with Emma at beach retreats). The communication with payment was fine (go figure) however I never received any emails or instructions on how to access the property and other details. First it started with the company not answering back to all the questions I had about the house. Then once I realized that the door code instructions were not in the app I called the management 3 times and left voicemails before anyone would answer. Once I finally got a hold of a Emma she said that an email was sent with the info and I told her it was not and double checked...the last email sent was about a final payment. When I asked why no one would call me back on the check in day which was a Thursday during business hours, she said it was her day off. The call was very unprofessional. She emailed me after the phone call with the information I needed, along with a lot of other info that would have been helpful knowing beforehand. To sum it up, I do recommend this house it was beautiful, I just hope the owner finds a better company to work with besides beach retreats. VRBO has done their part as well and is not to blame.
