LINENS - Linens are generally bring your own, however we have a linen drop off service that for $29 / bed provides a set of bed linens, 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths per bed for $29 / bed. (Drop Off Service means the beds are not made, the linens and towels are left in a bundle for you to use, and you just strip the beds and leave in a pile before you leave, you do not have to clean them) Please let me know if you are interested in this service so we can coordinate delivery for you. Bicycles - ALL bike riders must wear a helmet, you must bring your own helmet (and air pump for tires). You are welcome to use our families bicycles that are there at your own risk. When renting this unit, you are accepting all risk and liability if you choose to use our bicycles instead of bringing your own. Again, in DE helmets must be worn or you are subject to getting fined. LOTS OF SPACE!
Plenty of space to spread out and relax! great size kitchen - nice having laundry on the 3rd level with the bedrooms. Our stay was just after Labor Day, and the cleaning crew needs to do better! But overall, the house is great.

Pleasantly Surprised
This is the first time we have ever used VRBO or any service like that. The process was a little overwhelming at first with some things, but Jeff made it easy for us. Coming from a single story house it took some getting used to going up 3 stories..... But we made it... Plenty of seating and slept well too..... Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Great Stay at the Bayside!
Jeff was very informative and very quick to answer any questions that we had. The Bayside community was perfect for our family’s vacation needs. Jeff’s place was right across the street from the Sunridge pool complex which had 2 pools, a splash park for kids, foosball table, and ping pong. This access was extra but well worth it! The beach was only a few min drive away and parking wasn’t an issue for us. House was well appointed and very clean, we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. The house was in the perfect location to get to the pool across the street. We had a multi generational trip from 4 month old to 81. And everyone had a blast. The owner was great with communicating and prompt anytime I had a question.

We booked this place because it was nice and had a lot of things to do. However nothing at this resort can be used accept for the playground unless you pay 50$ a person for 3 day access. I had a group 9. That would have been 450 on top of the price we were charged to stay. Ridiculous unless you only plan on staying on the resort property the whole trip. Booked about 3 months in advanced and was told by the owner less than a month before trip. Check in was 4. Showed up early and had to find something to do for 2 hrs to kill time. Once going in the house we instantly noticed a foul smell. So we walk through recording a video to make sure we do not get charged for previous renter damage. Crumbs all over kitchen, counters and tables dirty with food. Floors with debris all over can tell it wasn't vacuumed, bathrooms not cleaned at all, patio furniture dirty and moldy. The worst part was that after walking through the whole house the cleaner walks into the house saying they are here to clean after our check in time which means we walked through a house that was not disinfected and cleaned. That is a nightmare dure a pandemic that is killing people. So we had to wait another hour in 90+ weather with young children just to go in after and see the same crumbs and dirt. And the smell from the garbage disposal in kitchen sink was horrible and filled the whole kitchen. And also the whole house is infested with ants. I was offer a 50$ refund only because thats what the cleaning company refunded the owner and a 2 HR later check out time. Not worth it. Stay at a hotel they are better prepared, cleaned and disinfected than anything in this house.

Had a great time

Jeffrey provided us with lots of detailed information prior to our stay, which made for a smooth trip. The home is spacious with lots of natural sunlight. It was very clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. There was great water pressure, especially for a third floor, too! The location is convenient to the pool, tennis courts, and more, and the neighborhood was so friendly! We had fun riding the bikes that were provided, and we can't wait to return. Thanks for helping us to get summer off to a fun start!

This was our second year at this property. And it was another 5 star visit. Great location close to amenities so the kids could walk or bike wherever they wanted. House has everything you need. Bayside is a great place for the whole family. Looking forward to future visits!!!

2nd Stay Here...
This is our 2nd stay here with Jeff at his beautiful condo. Loved it just as much as the first time we stayed last summer. Love the location, convenience of being across the street from the pools, spacious rooms in the home. We had 8 people with us this time and there was still plenty of space to spare. Jeff is quick to communicate with you as well. Hoping to be back again next year!

2 family getaway
Plenty of space for 2 families of 4 to spread out. Great location across from main pool with lots of fun activities for kids in age range from 6-9. Very family friendly community. House was central to all the activites we wanted to do on our trip. Few complaints are lack of barbeque utensils for grill use, bikes available in unit were all too big for kids to use, and owner forgot to email me check in process until I contacted him when we were half way there. Having said that, he responded immediately when I sent him a message and we were able to easily pick up the disposable items at one of the nearby stores he suggested.
Overall we had a great trip and are already talking of returning next year.

Great Stay, Great Location!
This is a great rental within Bayside because of it's size and location. We had a family of 10, adults and children, that slept comfortably. It is conveniently located across from the pool and rec center. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location with Lots of Amenities
Enjoyed our Bayside stay immensely. There is something for everyone. Tennis, pools, golf, biking. Go to the beach. You name it. This unit is very conveniently located across the street from the Sun Ridge pool/tennis/basketball/volleyball complex, so the kids can get themselves there and back. Definitely make sure you get recreation passes for everyone in your group, so that everyone has something to do. I also liked the indoor swimming pool and fitness facility near the entrance to the community. It's a 5 minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. Having a Harris Teeter at the community entrance is nice as well.

We stayed for only a short visit but had a great time. 10-12 min drive to the beach. Right across the street from the playground and pool. great pool with splash park ,kids pool ,and larger pool. Plenty of space . we had 4 adults and 3 kids but could have had another family with us if not 2. Owner was very responsive . Would definitely stay again
There are a lot of stairs since it is 3 stories, so if you have young walkers you may want to bring a baby gate or 2 .

Would stay again in a heartbeat!
We stay at Bayside every summer and this one has been the best home we've rented yet! The three most impressive aspects of this place are LOCATION, owner responsiveness and the layout of the house itself. The house is centrally located on the resort so its a snap to get to the pool, tennis, juicebar, golf etc. The owner Jeff is not only highly responsive but he provided perfect and very organized information up front about directions, parking, local eats and happenings; that makes things so much easier and takes the stress out of figuring out logistics. The house has a great set up and its an end unit! We could have fit another whole family in the house. Its three level with bedrooms on the top floor and kitchen and living room on the 2 floor and a living room on the 1st floor (that you could truly turn into sleeping space for more guests) There are TVs on each floor and then some to keep kids occupied while parents pack beach stuff or cook etc!! Wifi throughout, plenty of cookware etc! Just a great place with an owner that really cares that you enjoy your vacation.

Beautiful home—you won’t be disappointed!
First off all, I must say that the owner, Jeff, is great to work with. He answered my million of questions (lol) very promptly.
The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Only 5 of us as a family stayed here and the kids enjoyed having their own rooms and bathroom. There are 2 full baths and 2 half baths. The washer & dryer were used and nice to have. No one fought over the TV since there are more than plenty located throughout the house. The master bedroom is a great size with a huge walk-in closet and plenty of dresser space. The master bathroom is beautiful with a large walk-in shower that has a built in seat and the huge sunk-in tub was great to relax in after a day of being on the go.
The location is fabulous being just across the street from the pools, hot tub, bar, tennis, basketball courts and playground. The convenience of the grocery store, pizza, restaurants and drug stores are a huge plus. A ton of mini golf courses are just a few minutes down the road as well as the beaches and Ocean City. We cooked and prepared most of our food all week in the awesome kitchen as well.
I definitely would recommend this home to stay in and we can see ourselves as being return renters. Thank you so much for a great first experience with VRBO! Melissa H.

Nice House in a Beautiful Community
Our stay was great. Beautiful community with lots of extras. The house is really nice, well decorated, and clean. We had 12 people (4 families) and the house was big enough for all. We used the first floor (queen sleeper) and third floor (king, queen, twin over full bunk beds) as bedrooms and the second floor as our entertaining space. It worked out great! The resort passes also came in handy. We used the indoor pool on the rainy days and the outdoor pool after the beach. Both facilities are amazing and the kids loved them! The park by the outdoor pool is very nice as well. Jeff, the owner, was very easy to work with and replied to all of my messages right away.

Great place! Minor things, dw was full and dishes had molded, all drinkware is plastic, pots and pans limited, bakeware as well. Would have loved to know there was a gold filter and/or Kreps. Door was not locked when we arrived.

The property was absolutely beautiful inside and out.
The townhouse was beautifully furnished, extremely clean and the owner was very cooperative and helpful. Whenever I had to call him (minor issues) he responded immediately. The rooms were huge. For me, the steps were o.k. however, my friend, who had knee surgery had difficulty handling all the steps. Perhaps the next time, we would have to consider a property with less steps. We did experience not so nice weather which kind of dampened our experience. The area is lovely and I wished we could have seen it during nice bright sunshine days.
