Over 3200 sq ft with 4 private bedrooms + 1 loft bedroom + 1 open bedroom, 4-1/2 baths - sleeps 12. Three (3) levels with 1,800 ft of deck space overlook adjacent community pool. Our boardwalk to the beach is now golf cart accessible! 2 master suites with private bathrooms. All bedrooms open out to a deck. Great view of community pool adjacent to home. Water Softner throughout home. Start the day with coffee in the sunroom. Spend the day at the beach with a short stroll via private boardwalk. Finish the day relaxing with your favorite drink and enjoy the sunsets with your guests! Outstanding views with huge decks on every level. The 1st floor of this beach house features an open guest room with double bed and full private bathroom. And elevator access to assist with your groceries! Additional full size refrigerator in garage to store drinks for the beach. Propane grill and beach chairs. The 2nd floor features 3 large private guest bedrooms: a master bedroom with king size bed and private bathroom, a guest bedroom with queen size bed and 3rd bedroom with queen size bed. Common full size bathroom. All bedrooms on the 2nd floor open to a spacious covered deck for naps or separate socializing areas! Laundry room with washer and dryer. The 3rd floor has breathtaking views during the day and night from the open deck. “watch the ships roll in”. This floor features the master suite with private bath and exclusive sunroom. The Shorething house was spectacular. The funishings, art deco, and exterior plants were wonderful. I especially loved the Bird of Paradise flowers. The owers take good care of this house. The kitchen was well supplied with good pots and pans. My family enjoyed staying at this house. I give this house an A+.

The house was great, lots of room for our group. It was a little stretch of a walk to the beach, 10 minutes with little kids. Two of the bedrooms did not have doors so it was challenging to get kids to bed in them. Loved that the pool was right next door and viewable from the deck of the house. The home was well stocked with essentials and no issues with anything.

A beautiful house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The check in process was very easy and convenient. A bit of a walk to the beach, but easily made up for with a rented golf cart - there is golf cart parking in the driveway. The proximity of the pool next door was fantastic in the afternoon. Very spacious, clean and well provisioned.

This house has it all. It’s beautiful and has all the amenities. We booked this house because of the elevator and we have some handicap people in our group. It’s gorgeous inside. 10/10 recommend

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. There was plenty of room for the 9 of us. The littles especially loved the room at the top. Short walk to the beach was a plus. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We spent a wonderful week at this property with a group that included myself and my husband, my 86 year old mother, both of my adult children with their spouses, as well as my niece and my sister. The elevator was a game changer as it related to my mother being able to get around the house. It was a lovely location, the kitchen had any cooking item you could possibly need, and it is relatively close to the beach. I would recommend the rental of a golf cart to make it easier to bring people and items back-and-forth from the beach unless you are willing to drive your car on the beach which is an option. I highly recommend A Shore Thing for any family gathering!

A Shore Thing is everything we hoped for. We enjoyed being just minutes from the beach and the convenience of being able to drive a golf cart on the boardwalk. The house is beautiful and has all of the amenities - fully appointed kitchen, comfortable living space - a place for everyone.
The elevator is a game-charger when you need to lug groceries and suitcases to the 3rd floor! Access to the garage was a plus as well and there are lots of pool/beach toys to use.

This property is large however the twin room is not a real bedroom it is a loft area that is open to the kitchen so noisy and there is no door to close. Bedroom that is orange had horrible bed mattress sunk in middle. No blankets on any of the beds. Lights come in the bedrooms all night long. Owner decided there was sand on the floor so wanted to keep part of our deposit. We all rinsed before entering so any sand was just what came in on clothing. Beach house with no sand is not a likely happening so we wonder if she always says that and keeps some deposit to pay her cleaning people. No rugs in the house so house was not particularly comfortable. Kitchen was poorly outfitted. Lots of plates but large bowls are cracked or had hole in bottom. Pans were scratched and in poor condition. We have rented places at Port A for the last 60 years and this was the worst will file complaint with VRBO as well

The house was perfect for our family group of 9. The elevator helped save my legs! It was our first time in Port A and we really enjoyed this location. The kids swam in the pool every day. The house was very clean and well supplied - plenty of bath towels and lots of dinner plates, drinking and wine glasses. Something to note: the bedroom with the twin beds is open to the kitchen/ living area - up about six steps from the kitchen and no door to the room. So any noise from below is easily heard. Other than that, the spaces are all very large and comfy. We wished we could stay longer!
